3X Max Diaper Rash Ointment

After three boys and almost 6 years of using it, Triple Paste 3X Max Strength is the only diaper cream I buy now. I’ve repurchased it countless times and honestly think it’s one of the best and fastest-working diaper rash creams I’ve tried. I’ve found that it does an amazing job of taking the redness out of diaper rash overnight. It’s a very thick paste, so a little goes a long way, and it creates a nice protective barrier. It is definitely more expensive than some other diaper creams, but in my opinion, it’s worth the price. When my little one has a diaper rash, this is the cream I reach for because I know it works quickly. After using it for nearly 6 years, I wouldn’t want to be without it!

I already use the regular Triple Paste daily for my son’s eczema sensitive skin, but I always make sure to keep the 3x Max Strength on hand for the tougher days. Even though he doesn't get bad rashes as often as he used to, when a little irritation does pop up, this stuff is a lifesaver. It is definitely a bit pricier, but it is worth every penny for the peace of mind it gives me. It’s incredibly effective at clearing up rashes almost immediately in a day or two. I love that it’s thicker than the regular kind and stays exactly where I put it without being a nightmare to wipe off or staining everything in sight like other brands I’ve tried. If your little one has sensitive skin or gets the occasional bad flare-up, this is the "big guns" product you want. Highly recommend!

We tried several diaper rash creams before finding Triple Paste 3X Max, and nothing worked as quickly as this. My child’s rash started improving after the first application, and by the next day it was almost completely gone. The thick formula creates an excellent barrier that protects the skin from moisture and irritation without being overly messy. A little goes a long way, so the tube lasts longer than expected. When my son had the worst diaper rash he’s ever had, this cream made a huge difference. I noticed a real improvement very quickly, and ever since then, he has never had an irritation that severe again. In our case, I use it together with the Active Skin Repair spray, and that combination has worked incredibly well for us. I still keep this cream on hand at all times, and now I mainly use it for his overnight diaper, when I want a stronger, longer-lasting barrier. During the day I usually use a lighter cream, but when I want real protection and support for irritated skin, this is the one I trust most. What I like most is that it truly feels like a serious barrier cream. The texture is thick, it stays in place well, and it works fast when you really need it. I also really appreciate that it has 40% zinc oxide and is fragrance free and hypoallergenic, because for that area I prefer straightforward formulas without unnecessary extras, especially when sensitive skin is involved. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is definitely harder to remove than lighter diaper creams, but honestly, that is not a downside for me. That thicker texture is part of what makes it so effective. For me, this is not just another diaper cream to keep around “just in case.” It is the one I reach for when things get serious, and it has absolutely earned a permanent place in our home.

This diaper rash cream has been an absolute blessing for our daughter. She has very sensitive skin and is currently on a hypoallergenic formula which I’ve read is more acidic. In turn this means her stools will be more acidic and let me tell you, it shows without this cream. Her butt at times would be super red, occasionally have tiny open spots, and just be in a poor condition all from one poop no matter how fast we got to her. We tried all of the creams, and I mean all of them. None of them have worked like Triple Paste 3x has. This will completely heal her up overnight and even showing improvement within hours. (Results may vary) It’s very thick, spreads great, provides superior protection compared to competitors brands, and it doesn’t stink. Yes, it is very expensive in comparison - but it is of high quality and we rely on this for a happy and comfortable baby. Highly recommend.

The absolute best butt cream on the market. Nothing else clears rashes as quickly and effectively as this. Worth the money every single time. Good move making the tub smaller to actually fit with the amount of product inside since people thought they were getting jipped but actually weren’t lol

I'm a 65 year old woman and I have a problem with yeast infections and inflammation on my skin due to being steroid dependent and having a compromised immune system. The infections and inflammation are very painful. It's so bad that I can't even wear underwear, shorts or pants at home because it rubs on my skin. While being treated for the yeast infection with a prescription medication, my two doctors and dermatologists were adamant that I keep the areas from chafing and keeping a barrier on them. One of my doctors wanted me to try a product called "Butt Paste", which I did and it was horrible. It was watery and very messy and didn't seem to help the irritation at all. They then told me to try Zinc Oxide paste so I decided to try Triple Paste and it's been wonderful! I've been putting a light layer on the inflamed areas and it really helps calm the pain and soreness down quite a bit. I bought the 6 oz tube and the paste comes out very thick and it really stays on the skin very well. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it's very messy and gets on everything... underwear, clothing, seating or bed. I put towels down on my seating areas when I'm using it and try to go without underwear when I'm using it and just wear an old nightgown that I don't mind if it gets the paste on. It does wash out of most things so that's not a problem. I wear nitrile gloves when I apply it so as to keep both my skin and my hands clean. Although I did mention that I use this in conjunction with a prescription medication for yeast infections, I use this for the inflammation that comes with a yeast infection, this product is not a treatment for yeast infections, it's simply a soothing barrier cream that helps with the irritation on the skin, not to be used internally! If you have any type of skin irritation, I highly recommend Triple Paste. Please consult with your doctor first though to make sure you're being treated properly. I also need to mention that I have very sensitive skin and I'm allergic to just about everything and I've had no problem with Triple Paste whatsoever. It's also odorless!

Helped my daughter's severe diaper rash - cleared up in 1 day! Definitely will keep on hand for nighttime diapers and severe rashes in the future.
