What colour is this paper please? i recently bought the tesco brand version and it was brown.. also, is it quite easy to see through? thanks in advanc

The paper is white and semi opaque. It should be fairly easy to see through - not like tracing paper but similar to waxed paper.

is this unbleached paper

I can only say it meets the UK government's regulations for the safety of foodstuffs; presumably it is therefore free of chlorine or other dangerous bleaching agents.

is this parchment paper suitable for diamond painting topper sheet instead of the release papers or the clear cover

I don't advise this paper to be used instead of a clear cover for a painting as the paper is cloudy and not completely clear, although it is clear enough for tracing.

Would this be suitable for macarons please?

I use this parchment for everything I bake, from cakes to bread rolls to chicken drumsticks, in fact I use it for everything I put in the oven (apart from the normal roast dinner type of things) and it saves my baking tins too. for everything that I call "baking" I use it. It lines my cake tins well and I certainly would not be without it. I am sure it would help you too.
