Appears to work well. It is helping. What's nice is that you can have it horizontal across a specific portion of your back or vertical and it will fit your entire back.

A wonderful red light therapy device but very poor customer service. They state a one year warranty, but when I reached out in the eleventh month they never responded to my contact form that was properly filled out with order number, and reminding them of their one year warranty. The unit performed well for 11 months and then where the cord connects to the red light therapy device it kept shorting and turning off. If they had responded to my inquiry and followed through on their stated warranty with a new red light therapy mat, would have given them 5 stars.

Update part 2: This product stopped working less than a year. Contacted Fengali and they said they sent me a new one in the mail. Fingers crossed that I actually receive it. I’m sad almost all the lights have gone out and now it’s too late to exchange the red light. This red light is amazing and has helped with my pain significantly. I would give five stars if my red light still worked. I wish I could change the lights to make all the lights work again. I’ll attach a picture of how it’s working now. Only three rows are working now and 9 rows are out. This just happened and I bought this July 2025 so a little less then a year and almost all the light are out. Wish the product would last longer. I really love the pain relief this gave me.

I broke both feet 3 yrs ago and though the bones have healed the nerves and muscles are still recovering. This red light pad can be wrapped around my feet to help with the pain from the damage. I can also use it when my fibromyalgia or sjogrens flare up to help calm the inflammation down. It can also be used when I get a migraine to help with the pain. I like the versatility of this pad - time limits, red light level and flexibility of the pad to go where I need it. For all that can be done with this pad the price is great!

I bought this mat on May 2025 It’s April 2026 and today I noticed a significant amount of lights are not functioning any longer unfortunately my hubby he works Labor, had thrown his back twice, he loves this mat it helps him with his back issues. But I guess time to look for something that will last longer that 11 months.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I’ve been using red light therapy for years. I have EDS, a connective tissue disorder, so I have frequent problems and joint degeneration. Red light therapy has helped tennis elbow, tendonitis, botched surgery healing, and to put off an inevitable knee replacement. RLT has been holding it off for 4 yrs now. If I stop using RLT, my knee will start hurting so much I have to put on a knee brace to be able to walk with more comfort. After a few days of using it, I can walk without the knee brace. I bought this unit recently because I got sick of holding the portable unit that I had and liked that this one is able to just Velcro on a body part. I frequently just put it on my knee, set the timer for 30 minutes when I go to sleep. It shuts off without fail. You can set it in increments of 5 minutes up to 30. It gets slightly warm which feels nice. I recently have started using it on my 16.5 year-old pitbull. She is getting very wobbly on her feet, as well as her back legs are starting to fail her and she falls occasionally. I’m hoping this will slow the progression of her legs failing her. She did seem to get up out of bed a bit easier this morning, but she may just be having a good day. I highly recommend red light therapy to everyone who is having pain. I’ve been using it for my knee for 2-3 months now. And it has helped a lot in dealing with pain. Having said that I’m not sure how much it works in the long run or as a standalone treatment over time. But i suppose the real answer to knee pain etc is physio. This is a great way to supplement it
