Just Dose It Central Heating Dosing Tool, Radiator Dosing Funnel - For Adding Chemicals Like Fernox Central Heating Inhibitor, Sludge Remover, Leak Sealer & Sentinel X100

I usually dose through the filter on the boiler but decided to finally give this a go and so glad that I did. As I have been told, (time and time again!), it is a lot easier. (No need to dwell on how many times I have been told-off, for fiddling with the filter) Just isolated one of the radiators and drained down enough for the fluid I was putting in. Opened both sides up top, (not sure if you have to do this but somebody mentioned having trouble with slow fill through the funnel, when trying to pour 1.6L of fluid. I only had 1L to do but rather than just open the bleed vent, decided to take out completely, for improved reduction of air resistance). Popped this in and poured, away. Fluid went down in seconds. So yeah. In my experience, this worked really well. Feels study and well made. Screwed in, easily and I experienced no leaks. Not the cheapest I have seen but far from the most expensive. Seems a bit costly for what it is and I could probably Macgyver something, for cheaper but who needs that hassle and with the quick delivery; it was a happy buy. Should get years of use out of it and it will certainly be my go to for any future dosing, from now on.

Great product making refilling a central heating system with inhibitor easy. Learning from last time I opened the vent valve which allowed the product to fill without air blowback.

Easy to use, followed instructions which were easy. I drained 1.6 litres (measured) of water to apply 1 litre of treatment. First few fillings of the funnel went in quite quick but then slowed to almost nothing. I’m half way through the bottle and I’ve left it to leave this review. I’m not even sure the whole bottle will go in at this rate. It’s taking several minutes to lower a few mm them I’m going to be in a bind if the funnel doesn’t empty completely what do I do then? Any, easy to use works well but not fast and maybe not as good for 1 litre additive.

Not used it yet but it is a quality piece of kit when you get it in your hands. Not cheap, but definitely worth the money.

Need to add fernox to a radiator? Just get one of these and be done with the faff, brilliant bit of kit

Very good. So much easier than trying to use a funnel and a cloth to bung the hole.

Great product, works exactly as expected, makes a messy and fiddly job a doddle to do.
