Total Cholesterol, Triglycerides,HDL & LDL Blood Home Test Kit

Having used different companies before for blood testing, this is hands down the best I’ve used. I’ve used them twice now and both times the product was delivered next day and was able to get the sample sent out soon after. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. It’s very quick to register the test. I sent the blood on the Wednesday morning and they had recieved it by 11.00am the next day. I then got my results within 2 hours of them receiving the sample via email with a simple breakdown of the results, this was the case aswell when I used this test over a month ago and got the results in a few hours . In the past with other companies I have had to wait a few days for the results. Excellent company, very quick results and very cheap price

Not quite sure how other people managed to extract enough blood using the equipment provided, but I followed their instructions to the letter even to the point of doing some exercise beforehand but the amount of blood I collected from two finger pricks barely covered the bottom of the tube. Very disappointing

I am well impressed,the instructions were very clear,I ordered the test , received it next day,did the test the following day,sent it off at 8 am received confirmation that they had received my test,and would send results in the next 24 to 48 hours.I did exactly what was advice,Drank plenty of water,did some exercise,had a shower,held my hand under warm water. The finger pricker was good quality,there are three,I must admit I used two,only because the angle I used to prick my finger meant it was harder to get it to flow into the tube,second attempt was easy,I placed one label going down not around the tube,one on the bag the tube went in,placed it in its box then put the box in the pre recorded bag,took a photo of the bag.Filled the card in,registered it on line,then posted it in the red post box.Never before have I been able to produce enough blood to go in the tube,with such easy instructions,and not getting all panicked,I did it.I will definitely be continuing to use this company,that is all according to my results,which I will share once I get them back.

I have found this product an easy and reliable way to test from home, my cholesterol levels. The instructions on how to do the test are clear, doing the test is easy and sending it off is simple. The results on all tests I have done have been e-mailed within a few days so very quick. The customer service is great, as I inadvertently forgot to register online one of my tests, however they sorted everything out and communicated with clear text messages. Would recommend this company.

The blood collection process was manageable and worked fine as long as you follow all the instructions carefully. The registration of the sample online was easy. I sent the sample on 30 March. I got an email from LHC acknowledging they had my sample on 1 April and promising results in 1-3 working days. However, I had to wait 11 working days (until 17 April), after two chasing emails from me (only one of which received a response) and then filling in an online complaint form. The phone number on the website goes straight to an automated message, with no option to leave a voicemail. The automated message says to communicate with them via WhatsApp, but the number given is not registered with WhatsApp.

Complete and utter waste of money. Their methodology is not feasible given the kit supplied. Lancets are given, and you are supposed to drip 5 ml of blood into a phial. No amount of the advised warm hand washing is going to produce this and Count Dracula not on hand to draw out the required amount. Do not waste your money.

Ordered a kit each for myself and my wife in September 2023. Did them within a week or so and sent them off. And waited. And waited. And then, just for a change of pace, we waited some more. Honestly, I forgot about them. On 14th Feb 2024, I got an email with one set of results. The process to fill the sample containers was awkward to say the least, and I say that as a type 1 diabetic who uses a finger-pricker for blood samples multiple times a day for over 20 years. The wait just made it into a comedy - 4 months is just silly, and effectively useless for any sort of monitoring. The results themselves, when received, were within expected ranges and seem accurate, were certainly clear enough. And I'm still waiting for my results! (added screenshot of my wife's results to show that they even show the delay. Certainly not as advertised.) EDIT: as of 8th September 2024, nearly a year since I sent in my results, I'm still waiting for my own (I have had confirmation of receipt at the lab). I don't think they'll be particularly relevant when I get them back somehow! 😄

If your want to know your cholesterol markers I would recommend this. The service and product were excellent. I can't fault it. My only challenge was my end and getting enough blood to flow. Now I see why 3 lancets provided. I did get sufficient amount and popped in the morning post. Results by email the following evening. Excellent!
