Really, there's nothing to dislike about this mute holder.It's decent quality, feels solid and well made.Screws to the side of any music stand.No more fumbling on the floor, the miss are right in front of you.There are four mute holders, one of them had a removable cup/water bottle holder.Great for brass band players who need to switch mutes fast.Recommended!

This is perfect, holds my Straight cup and Harmon mute in just the right place. The extra holder is perfect for a bottle of water, or anything for that matter.I thought looking at the pictures that it might be quite flimsy, but this thing is extremely solid. I'd highly recommend this for all smaller brass players that use mutes. Not sure how it would cope with trombone mutes though.Update: Had this for over 10 years now, and it's still like new. It's a perfect addition to my stand, saves lots of hassle getting mutes, and even holds my drink during rehearsals. Can't recommend this enough. I think the only reason I'd have to replace it is if someone took mine. I've also noticed that over the last 10 years of ownership, most of the other trumpets in my section have got them too, as well as some of the trombone players too.

I purchased this as a birthday gift for my brother who plays Cornet and he’s very happy with it. He has a few mutes that he kept in a box. This lets him have them in front of him. It has four movable arms, one of which has a tray which could be used as a drink holder, but it is removable so four mutes could be accommodated.The construction is very strong, it would take a real effort to bend the arms. It fits on his music stand without problems. It would also fit on any tubular constructed stand such as a microphone stand, but it would not fit on a thin fold up type music stand.

Ordered these for use with a Championship Section Brass Band cornet section for a test piece that used multiple mutes. This mute holder is perfect.Well made, sturdy and packs down to a small enough size to stick in the gig bag with all of the mutes.Hercules is a great brand, and this product reflects that.

Has greatly reduced mute changeover accidents. Much better than fumbling about on the floor.

Have you ever been in rehearsal and accidentally kicked a mute or two that was sitting on the floor in front of you? Having the mutes up and off the floor really helps musicians avoid accidentally kicking the mutes and makes it much easier to change mutes quickly during a practice or performance. This product is well-designed and works great on Manhasset, Wenger, or Hamilton music stands. This is the second Hercules product I've purchased on Amazon. The mute holder works like a charm, and all 4 arms can be rotated to the desired position. An insert came with the holder (seen in the picture on Amazon's product page) for use in one of the large rings. Turns the ring into a tray, great for holding spare mouthpiece, oil, what have you.The clamp is sturdy, and I did not need to really crank the knob to tighten it enough to grip. The threaded pin that you turn into the stand post has a protective end on it so it will not damage the stand, and it also helps to get a better grip on the post. In the picture I have uploaded, you see it attached to my cheapy-cheap flimsy music stand. Still holds on great, and it's not causing it to be more prone to tipping....than it already was.Incidentally, a large ring can also function as a Starbucks coffee cup holder, for those of you that like to enjoy some java during those long rests.I am very satisfied with this purchase, and I know the quality will ensure I am not replacing it any time soon.5 Stars - Highly Recommended.

トランペットのカップミュートは今まで足元に置いていましたが、取りそこねたり、置く時に床で転がったり、ヒヤリとする時がありました。しかし、本品は3つのミュート受けとオイルもしくは予備マウスピースの置ける便利な足？もあり、超便利です。譜面台の真下に簡単に設置出来ます。やや重量ありますが安定しています。演奏時にさっとトランペットに装着、さっと外して置けるのでストレスフリーになりました。もっと早くに買っておけば商品の典型ですね。収納も簡単、お薦めです！
