First one was defective. The second one that I got as a replacement was ok

Not Worked
Same for me. Not worked at my insta 360 one r. The camera still catch the camera mic but not the mic which i am using while using this product. Totally waste of money and time. Going to return it. If any one can suggest me what to do next ?

The one I have been looking for
I have purchased no less than 5 USB-C to mic adapters to find one that works with my Insta360 One-R One Inch edition camera. The official adapter is out of stock and shows no signs of coming back in stock. Not being able to use a generic USB-C to mic adapter on a 500+ dollar camera is a disgrace and disservice to Insta360's customers. No less, this adapter performs flawlessly. Be sure to purchase a TRRS to TRS cable to connect an external microphone to your camera. Update: After Norberto Perez's negative review, I purchased a second adapter and confirmed that it worked. Perhaps Norberto received a faulty adapter or is not running the latest camera firmware from Insta360.

Didn’t work
I bought an adapter recently and it didn’t work with my Insta360 one R. The item I got this time doesn’t look like the same product that I received previously from this same company. Seller if you are reading this please look into your inventory, because I think there could be a mix up with this item with some other item that you are selling. The one I received looks like a regular type c adapter and not meant for Insta360 camera.
