Q: Just arrived. Cannot get upper lid to open. Is there a trick?

I have this problem. I have a strong grip and this is just absurd. I would not recommend this to anyone who is older or has problems with grip of any kind. Shame really as otherwise it fairly functional and loOKs good. However not being able to remove it to refill without a struggle makes it almost unusable. I'd like to have given it 5 stars but this makes it a 2 for me. Simple product needs to be simple to use.
