Honestly, its pretty comfortable and provides the support I need while rehabing my golfer's elbow. Great quality, stays in place and seems like it will last pretty long. Its a little on the thicker side, so I wouldn't give it points for breathability, but it is a more heavy duty so its expected. You can adjust the compression and size as needed.

I found this sleeve to be too loose on my arm and somewhat difficult to put on. The inner sleeve is very loose on my arm, so trying to hold it in place while tightening the top strap is not easy. I also had a hard time figuring out where the seam at the elbow is meant to go (above or below elbow?). And the lower section is so loose that when pulling the strap tight enough, it creates an uncomfortable fold in that lower fabric. The circumference of my arm at the elbow joint is 9", for reference. That being said, it does help my elbow to feel better if I can get it situated in a comfortable position. It also seems well made, and the "velcro" holds firmly.

I am really glad to leave a review for this Elbow Brace. It was not at all expensive but yet soooo helpful for my elbow injury. It was super easy to put on and it fit my larger arm/elbow well. The swelling was reduced when I had to used it for several hours at a time and was really comfortable. My elbow was hurting so bad that I could barely pick up my coffee cup. I can't sit around and do nothing all day just because my elbow hurts like a MF! This brace has helped me so much!! I am about to order a second one as a back-up. I give this product an AAA+++!

This brace is awesome! It’s very comfortable and I love that it is adjustable. My only issue that it collects lint overtime and the straps don’t work as well when that happens. I have to use braces due to a long term injury and so the lint is an issue.

I bought the Amazon Comfort Band elbow brace to help with tennis elbow, and it made a noticeable difference within the first few days. The strap sits right below the elbow or on the biceps and doesn't too much pressure on the tendon, which really helps cut down the sharp pain during therapy. It’s lightweight and low-profile, so I can wear it under a long-sleeve shirt without it feeling bulky. The velcro is strong and the padding is soft, but I did have to readjust it once or twice during physiotherapy keep it in place. For the price, it feels well-made and breathable enough to wear for a few hours at a time. It will make your arm sweat, but it's washable and dries relatively fast. Overall, it’s a solid, affordable support that actually helps me rehab with my forearm walker, and stay active without aggravating my elbow.
