OXICAT
Had rough idle, misfire cylinder 3, would barely run. Added one can of OXICAT to the tank. Followed the instructions, drove on the freeway and about 60 miles in the truck was running smoothly and codes cleared. Around 1400 miles and still running smoothly. Definitely recommend.

Save your money doesn't work
Follow the rules did what I was supposed to do, but did absolutely nothing waste of money

My butt dyno believed that throttle response and acceleration improved. Unfortunately it apparently did not do enough to shut off my warning light for the catalytic converter.
