Before ordering, please make sure your printer was bought in Europe.

While turning the cartridge upside down Please remove the plastic covering

After installing the new cartridge, a message "Not Genuine" may pop up, please click "Yes" to let the printer go on to work.

If error message says "Cartridge cannot be recognized" or "Cartridge is damaged", please reinstall several times,
