High Mount Brake Light with Turn Signals & Brake Lights, Extra Tail Light For Jeep Wrangler JK JKU 2007-2018 Upgrade Roof Tail Lights

Quick sanding with 220grit and a wet wipe down. 3 coats of bright white gloss and 3 coats of clear. 2 hour install. Harnesses worked great. Routing wires was fine. Double sided adhesive on the roof and the brackets are solid. Behave the same as stock tail lights and have reverse light built in. Hopefully they last. Still like my zip tied third brake light.

Easy to Instal, definitely added the extra lights to the back end,especially when towing a smaller trailer.

Easy to install with directions…. Having a picture only on the website depicting installation misses the mark. These are a pair of lights that any novice Jeep MOD’er can do with a general familiarity of their Jeep. The screws/bolts were too short had to reuse the OEM screws and bolts for the bracket mount that secures the lights to the roof. Will have to purchase longer screws/bolts to ensure I don’t loose my new lights while driving. Would like those replacements to come from the company…

I have a 2013 JK so I ordered the JK version of these. The brackets didn’t line up… Then I remembered that I had bought a 2022 hard top from someone wanting a soft top… So I returned the lights and ordered the JL version… And again the brackets don’t line up, only this time their worse. I’ve seen the pics so I know some have had luck. But this recent set came with no instructions so I know it’s like a return that got recycled back to me. It’s luck of the draw if you get a set that actually matches your topper, I believe the company has a bad batch out there. The JK version is marked as frequently returned… Take a chance if you want to, as these do look cool if you can find one that actually lines up. PS: If your thinking about forgoing the bracket… Not advisable, That 3M tape is no going to be enough.

I must say that I was really looking forward to installing these lights on my 2016 Jeep Wrangler (JK) Rubicon Hardrock. The description said it was meant for my model, and the unique look and functionality was quite attractive to me. The packaging was fantastic; absolutely preventing any damage to this light package. The product itself is well-crafted, solid, and obviously durable. I believe the price to be very reasonable for the quality and design of this product. I was really looking forward to the install and finish of the project. I have much experience installing accessories and working with equipment, so I am careful with my process of installation. (I make certain I understand how everything is assembled, how it fits, and I fully prepare all areas before starting the actual installation.) Based upon other reviews I knew I was going to have to take apart the inner facia to expose the wiring connectors to the taillights. I had everything ready. I tested the placement of the lights, putting them in the optimal place for the lights to fit to the hardtop. I noticed that the hinge channel did not appear to match the hinge placement on the hardtop. I installed the hardware onto the lights thinking maybe the hardware had some play to it, and the fit would be better. It turned out that the hinge channel on the light was simply too far over to actually match the hinge on my hardtop. Hooking up the light's hardware to the hinge on the hardtop did not allow me to seat the light correctly; leaving the adhesive strips at least a quarter of an inch above the hardtop, and the light in an awkward placement. Thinking I could maybe use a thicker sticky tape for attachment, I set out to check the electrical connectors. The light connectors simply did not match the OEM connectors on my Jeep. I was quite disappointed in having to repackage these lights and the hardware for return to the seller. Had I been able to fit these onto my Jeep, this would have been an easy install for such an advanced package, probably taking about one hour. I do want to note additionally that the package itself did not label what version of the lights that I had received. I had to verify to myself exactly what I had ordered to be certain I did not make a mistake as to the version I had purchased. I DID NOT make a mistake, but I still wonder if the seller sent me the wrong version. I also want to note that this is the original OEM hardtop that came with my Jeep model. Either way, I returned these lights for a refund. I have included photos. Although it is easy to see how the electrical connectors do not fit together, because of shadowing in the photo you must look more closely to see how the hinge channels do not match up. I am giving this five stars; for being a great product at a great price, combined with one star for not fitting my Jeep as described, and ending with an average of three stars.

stay away if you have blind spot monitoring as the cable that came with is not compactible with it making your blind spot monitor useless. also my first order came in with a faulty cable which making one of the light not working. had to order a 2nd one to swap the cable to make it work. QA is definately questionable. but AMAZON is very helpful and amazing for all the return process!

After plugging everything in. They work freak but now my stock turning signals stoped working. And the indicated arrow started to flash fast. Any one had this issue.

One side of the light has already stopped working, and it hasn’t even been a month since I bought it. This is extremely disappointing. I feel like I’ve completely wasted my money. Not only did I pay a high price for the product itself, but I was also charged an additional $70 in duty fees by DHL. After all that, the product turned out to be low quality and failed in such a short amount of time. This is unacceptable, and I expected much better for the amount I invested.
