It works...
Not tried any other products so can't compare but this definitely works. Used it on tools. Brilliant. Tried a test patch on tarmac where I'd splashed a bit of mortar. It removed the cement but did eat into the tarmac a little.

Performs as advertised
Removed mortar staining from newly pointed York paving. Easy to use: dilute, brush on, give time to work, wash off. Job done.

The tarmac around the cement came up lovely! Cement is still there though.
As mentioned, this stuff would... what's the saying? Struggle to knock the skin off a rice pudding. I used as directed, increasing from diluted to fully concentrated and the cement didn't budge at all. As I mentioned in the description though, the tarmac around the problem area came up lovely... although it does just draw more attention to the part I was attempting to fix -_- Don't both. This stuff is garbage.

Came without spray head?
Came without a sprayer head so not ready to use. Waiting to empty another spray bottle so I can use this product. Not satisfactory at all actually 🙁

Cleans cement off resin driveway
Diluted and left as per instructions cement patches on resin drive cleaned off easily.
