Can you use this cream all over your body or is it just for your feet?

I have not used all over body but it softens and smooths hands as well when applying to feet. It can also be good for rough spots like knees and elbows.

If you have both dry hands and feet, which one product is best to get to use for both....hand relief or foot relief?

I find that the foot product does not work on the hands as it is too heavy and tends to "curdle" but it is amazing on the feet. the hand product works great on hands and works only so so on feet. It is a dilemma. IMHO you can find other cheaper hand products that do OK but for the feet, this is my go to product! Can't be beat!

Is this primarily for soothing or would it help dry cracked heels?

For me it most definitely helps dry cracked heels! Use just a small amount regularly, and the improvement is remarkable!
