This bread machine was really good and made two wonderful loaves of bread. It's user friendly and has fairly good instruction manual with recipes and troubleshooting. When I tried making another loaf of bread, the machines kneading process quit functioning properly then quit entirely. After reaching out to American Micronics they responded quickly and offered to repair it but I would have to pay for shipping to them in Texas which I didn't want to do. The company reached out to me again offering a replacement and I accepted. It arrived about a week later, a day earlier than scheduled. I can't wait to bake bread with it. Great professional customer service and support! I hope this one will continue to work for a long time. Making bread with it is easy and fun.

I bought this bread maker to make my own bread so I didn't have to worry about fillers and preservatives (in my bread, at least). My first loaf came out perfect! I used the basic bread recipe from the manual that came with the machine and just added 1/2 cup shredded cheese. I set it to dark crust, which turned out perfect. The inside texture turned out fluffy with a bit of stretch (bread flour with gluten will give you this texture). After baking it, I tried it with jam and butter and it surpassed my expectations. I'm a bad bread baker, but this machine makes up for my bread baking failures. Highly recommend!

Brought this bread machine primarily for atta dough kneading which is a task I don’t like doing. Was pleasantly surprised after unboxing it. Very compact and does not take up much space. I used it to make chapati dough today. Kneaded soft dough in eight minutes. No messy cleanup required since the non stick pan is very easy to clean. Plus there are no spills. A big resounding thumbs up for ease of use. I did not have any problems with the machine wobbling or walking off the table as some users have reported. Will be using this often. Machine seems to be sturdy and made well. I Am tempted to try bread too now seeing the ease with which it kneaded dough! The machine was in perfect condition and worked on the first try, no dents or cracks anywhere. Will recommend it to anyone looking for a economical and compact bread maker / chapati dough kneader! A good option for office goers who want to save time.

After purchasing American Micronic Air fryer I purchased American Bread Maker which is really worth investing your money if you are a regular bread lover. Once you will use this you will not buy the market bread. It's simply easy to use and awesome bread comes out, just follow the recipe which comes along the user manual.
