Today is may 25, 2022. it sold at costco huntington beach, ca for about $10 each one week ago. not sure why the price increased so dramatically?

It's because they want to price gouge. this site has really become a wasteland for drop shippers charging double or triple the real price.

How long does it last once it has been opened?

This is so delicious I use it up fairly quickly. Kept in the frig after opening, 6 weeks or so.

I forgot to refrigerate the product....can I still use it?

You should be fine. I keep it in my office cabinet and I’m the pantry at home. Enjoy🙃
