Much better than the previous one.
Decent console, plenty of power as you would expect from Microsoft. Memory is acceptable also. Plays Blu-ray, but can’t play normal dvds?! Deserve a star knocked off for that!!

Looked good - DVD drive failed after a few weeks.
Delivered ok. Packaged in bubble rap & thin cardboard box previously from a keyboard. Maybe thicker polystyrene packaging with a FRAGILE tag may have helped. It was a white xbox one x that looked in good condition as described. It worked well for a few weeks but the DVD Drive failed after a few weeks. I know they are complicated to get replacement & U can’t use an external drive., so I put up with & just used the game pass to download games via the internet. Unit is still working fine, just minus a working DVD drive. But looks fine & still works & being used.

Brilliant buy
Console was in brilliant condition , wasn't sure about buying pre-owned but but it's working no issues you wouldn't know it's pre-owned and delivery was fast
