Q: Are these airtight? I need something that doesnt let moisture in.

To help you with this question I filled the smaller (the daily) compartments with some water. I turned it upside down and the water leaked out of the compartment. I think this little experiment shows that They definitely are NOT airtight.

Q: What are the dimensions of days compartments?

Each compartment of the 2 time per day pill case is roughly square. 1.5 inches across by 1.5 inches top to bottom. The depth of each 'square' is 1/2 inch.
