What is the overall length of the Comfcube neck ice pack wrap? Will it fit a man with a 23" neck?

I bought the back ice pack not the neck ice pack

I have a very small head (7.0"). Will this hat keep sliding down over my face? Thanks

I did not purchase this. I purchased a flat piece for knee surgery. The ice did not stay cold very long. The ice cubes are surrounded by fabric, so if the hat is too large you could probably pin it together to make it smaller. Hope this helps.

Probably by hand in the sink then hang to dry or put under a ceiling fan?
