Relax and indulge your taste buds
I recently tried Harboryam coffee beans, and I have to say, I’m thoroughly impressed! As a coffee lover, I’m always on the lookout for high-quality beans, and these did not disappoint.First off, the aroma when I opened the bag was incredible—rich and inviting, it made me eager to brew my first cup. I opted for a French press to really extract all the flavors, and the result was a smooth, well-balanced cup of coffee. The flavor profile is delightful; I picked up on subtle notes of chocolate and a hint of fruitiness, which added a nice complexity without being overwhelming.I also appreciate the consistency of the beans. Every time I brew a cup, the taste remains reliably good. It’s evident that Harboryam takes great care in sourcing their beans and roasting them to perfection. The packaging is another plus—sturdy and resealable, which helps keep the beans fresh longer. Overall, I’m really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Harboryam coffee beans to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying coffee experience. I'll be buying more for sure!

The only coffee that should be on your shopping list!
Since I started using these beans to brew my coffee French press style, all other coffee just tastes like water scooped out of a toilet that has never been flushed. The smooth silky notes of these beans and the taste will change your opinion on coffee forever. As far as coffee goes this is the best you can get as far as I'm concerned, and the 1kg bag is such great value that you would be foolish not to take advantage. This seller will be getting business from me again!

One of my favourite beans now
I bought these beans from a store once and they have become my go to beans now. The secret is the right grind settings. Nice texture and acidity and perfect Crema.

For coffee aficionados
This is currently my favorite “cheap” coffee.I found espresso is best between 89-91C depending on darkness of bean for that batch. I brew either 2.2:1 for milk drinks or 1.5:1 for a thick Italian style ristretto. It’s not quite medium, more medium dark or dark depending on the batch. As expected with Neapolitan style roast. It’s says it’s 100% Arabica but my taste buds are sure there is some robusta in there and cream you get looks that way too. Intensity is higher than suggested 6/10 if you are used to specialty coffee.Crema is insane. Even with 4mth+ old beans I get amazing crema that’s more than top half of the shot after pouring. It’s thick and creamy even after a good stir and fantastic base for latte art. This brings me to the biggest downside of it - Amazon supply. My latest batch received in 8th May was roasted 1st Feb. It’s hit and miss with my freshest being 2months old with worst of 5 months old. You can really taste the difference and a huge shame. I feel these would be best 2-6 weeks after roasting. 2yr best by date is BS unless you are taste buds defficient. This would usually be a no go for me but for the price it’s ALMOST forgiven.Easy 5 stars if they can fix supply chain so you get a batch no older than a month.

Beautiful coffee with a lovely crema
After trying numerous known brand coffee beans and finding them nice but nothing special and after purchasing freshly roasted beans they didnt really compare until Itried these beans. They are packaged in a paper bag inside a hessian sack so perfect as a gift for any coffee lovers. For anyone using sage barista touch these are the base settings i use for a double shot of expressoGrind size 11Grind time 16sBrew time 28sApprox 20g of coffee for 40g shot the ideal ratio for coffeeThe coffee has a lovely thick crema which is hard to get with most coffee beans and the flavour is a smooth tasting coffee perfect for latte or as an expresso. Lovely mouthfeel and aroma these will be my choice of coffee beans from now on and i have tried most. The price is perfect for these beans roughtly double the cost of shop bought beans and half the cost of freshly roasted but the quality is as close to freshly roasted as i have purchased.Tip for storing the beans after filling the hopper i put the remaining beans in black airtight jars and the beans stay fresh till ready to use although a 1kg bag doesnt last a month in my home.Overall for price, quality and taste i would give these beans 10/10 perfect for any time of day

Poor Espresso
Scoring coffee is one of the most subjective endeavours on Amazon, so I can't argue with anyone who gives this a different score.I drink espresso, so am looking for a coffee that stands well on its own. This had great reviews and was 100% arabica beans so it had everything going for it. However, when I opened the bag (it came in a rather nifty hessian bag, with a resealable coffee bag inside) there was almost none of the fresh coffee smell I was expecting. The shot flow was as expected however the crema, while appearing reasonable at first, soon dissipated. The shot was quite thin and had no great flavour. In all it was dissapointingly blandFor my taste buds this didn't stand out at all. It had little flavour, produced a poor crema and was not strong enough.Aroma *Strength ***Crema **Shot Flow ****Flavour *Overall *An poor coffee, that I will not buy again.

Works across different brewing methods.
Mixed feelings about this. Immediately opening the bag, the beans did not smell good. Debagged into my usual air-purgeable coffee containers, things started to smell better. Took 14g and ground for V60 (Mazzer Super Jolly - MSJ). Good results, low-acidity, decent body and flavour, definitely works for filter 🙂Test 2: 24g into a Bomber-Basket, again via the MSJ super-fine/espresso grind. Shot pull was a 'lungo'; 70ml in 70s. I wanted to see if a long pull resulted in a bitter coffee, it did NOT. So, the lungo was full of flavour, not bitter, no acidity, silky mouth feel, good amount of crema (but then I have a decent grinder and espresso machine - Elektra MCSA).Final test was 30g in a Bialleti Moka pot, induction hob using 300ml of water. Fair results, minimal crema, good body and balanced flavour.Negatives - I don't want a best before date on my coffee, whether it is good or bad, it won't be around long enough. I want to know when the coffee was roasted ! I imagine that the reason the roasting date is omitted is because these beans are at least 3 months on from their roast (would love to hear from the owners/sellers proving me wrong). This is a better buy without the hessian sack (obviously). Are there better coffees out there? Yes, but they will also most likely cost more. Saying that, I've always like the thought of people treading their own path in the coffee world, so I like to support independent coffee resellers (assuming the blurb about the owners isn't some Ai generated piece 🤣).TLDR - Super good enough for either V60, Moka-Pot or Espresso. No surprises, this isn't a sophisticated fruity light roast. This is a no-nonsense decent bean, medium/dark roast which really suits it. It's clean tasting without any bitterness. If all you have been used to is burnt $tarbucks/Co$ta crap or even worse 'instant' coffee flavoured water, this coffee will be a welcome change for the better. Enjoy it's no-frills honesty 👍😋
