Perfect for pizzas & roasties
I bought this for pizzas & roast potatoes. It works great as either a flour to use then prepping the pizza base to stop it sticking to the worktops & makes the pizza crispier or to dust potatoes prior to putting in the oven when making roast potatoes, to give them a crispy outer. Great flour, does what I bought it for. Seems reasonably priced for the amount.

Yeuk but that’s cos I didn’t like it 🤷🏻♀️ but you might
I only purchased this as it makes roast potatoes crunchier which is true it does (par boil spuds dry roll in semolina drop into BOILING hot oil 175 middle oven then turn over spuds then turn up to 200 put on top shelf for another 15 minutes) but I didn’t like them lol 😂 but I used smoked salt & black pepper & I polished them off!
