Great technology for hearing impaired
This product was brilliant and easy to use. I am hearing impaired and this helped make conversations clearer for me. The product is simple and comfortable to use. The app is brilliant with the features it had, the "relax" setting allowed me to tune out the noise when I needed a break from the loudness of the day for my tinnitus. Not once did they fall out my ears which is rare for me. I would definitely recommend if you struggle hearing conversations in built up areas.

bought :2, working: 0
I thought this looked like a very interesting product, but the one I ordered did not work - straight out of the box. The left ear-bud had no charge (red led) and would not charge in the case, despite my trying all the recommended things to do in that case. Amazon kindly sent me a replacement - but it had exactly the same problem. Both were new, unopened packages - and I briefly had them at the same time, so it couldn't have been the same unit. I notice that at least two other reviews state that one or other of the earbuds would not charge even straight out of the box. Clearly Sennheiser is having some serious teething problems with this new product. But, for a premium-priced product this is very unfortunate. I never got to try the units (as I never had two earbuds that would switch on) so I can't comment on the performance. I will probably leave it a few months before trying again - if I see from reviews that the charging issue hasn't re-appeared for a good while.

Average earbuds but nothing amazing
after trying these out, my first impression was that it is fairly comfortable on the ear however when i went to remove them the soft silicone piece got stuck inside my ear... never really happened to me before even with cheaper ear pieces they still stay securely on the earbud & for this price I would have expected it to be much more securely attached. secondly after testing out the sound settings available to adjust to your liking - the app was easy enough to use and straightforward. The selling point for these earbuds were the improved speech enhancement and block our surrounding sounds - it did in a way, i could hear more clarity in the speeches BUT whilst listening to things & walking around my house, the sound from my slippers were also largely enhanced which was a super big distraction and sort of defeated the whole purpose of it. For this price I think they aren't worth it at all and they need to do a bit more testing on it.

Conversation Clarity
The Conversation Clear Plus has a unique appearance. They’re a little bulky but they fit into my ear and don’t shift about, with replaceable wingtips and adapters (small, medium, large) for the best fit. Long-term wearing (12 hours non-stop) can cause ear discomfort but so far I've only experienced this when with a woolly hat so that may have something to do with it. They support three different modes: Relax, Communication and Stream. Relax mode offers noise cancellation, communication allows surrounding sounds to pour through and stream is for audio playback. In all modes you can adjust the strength of the noise cancellation, the volume level of speech or the balance between ambience and noise cancelling. I took these to a football match recently and the crisp audio quality of the guys around vs the stadium noise was fantastic. It would drown out the noise while the person next to me said something and reverted to the crowd and stadium noises thereafter which was fantastic. I decided to go on the tube and navigate London with them as my sole daily driver. In general, they held up well and the only time I had an issue was in and around the areas surrounding Bank station where connectivity was spotty. Mind you I've had this with other earphones in the past. In flight, they held out well, announcements were clear and I was able to engage at Passport control without any issues. The suppression of external sounds is fantastic and allows you to hear the person you are engaging with very clearly and to your level of comfort. The Clear app is easy to use, each section is simplified, the UI is easy to navigate and the sliders adjust the various setting controls of ANC and ambient modes. Connectivity to 2 devices at the same time is a bonus. I got my Dad who's 80 to try these on. As soon as he put them on, he could hear the TV so crisp and my voice so clearly, that you'd have thought we'd given him new ears. He thoroughly enjoyed himself and kept them for the day. He keeps asking to borrow them so I guess I'm buying another pair. All round they do what they say on the box and ads. Sound clarity and enhanced audio. The only downside is music streaming leaves a little bit more to be desired but I'd recommend them for meetings, social gatherings etc.

Over priced and don't really help with conversation clarity
I've had these for a while now and thought I'd give them a chance before I wrote my review. As bluetooth headphones they're ok, but that's kind of where my praise ends. The 'clear conversation' bit just doesn't really work for me. Yes, they amplify the sound around you but seem to amplify everything including scratches and rustles making it hard to focus on speech. And don't even think of settling down to watch telly with a bag of crisps with these in - all you can hear is the contents of your mouth. They're not particularly comfortable either; I find wearing them for more than about half an hour makes my ear canal hurt, even though I tried the various sizes of plug that come with them. All in all they're too expensive and not really very useful for the task in hand.

Helps me hear people despite APD!
I don't use these as earbuds, I use them as hearing aids for my auditory processing disorder. I don't have hearing loss, actually I hear more than most people my age, but my brain can't unscramble background noises from conversation/voices. These earbuds help so so so much. They're very expensive but they have enabled me to be social again.

Faulty on delivery - poor quality
Totally disappointed as the right earbud had a battery error and would not charge. Very poor quality from Sennheiser and they are very expensive . Also found out they are on a discount direct from Sennheiser £50 cheaper than Amazon.

It's not really that useful
I've been using this for a week or so now, and to be perfectly honest, I can't really see the benefits of this device, even in places with lots of background noise such as a restaurant. I didn't really notice an improvement to my hearing. Admittedly, the device is quite comfortable to keep in for a fairly long period. I used these for 2hrs+ during one restaurant visit. The cost of the device is very expensive for very little benefit in my opinion. Definitely not something I decided to keep as it really didn't improve my hearing or life. So these are being returned. Would I recommend these? I mean if you had money to burn sure, but if you value your cash, I'd save it and look elsewhere.
