This should serve as a serious warning to anyone considering buying this pillow. Apart from the very poor overall quality, I was disappointed to find that the only cotton component appears to be the outer covering, which is made from very low-grade cotton. Even more concerning, I found bed bugs in the pillow. If you have already purchased one, I strongly recommend not bringing it directly into your home. Keep it isolated outdoors and, as a precaution, have it professionally inspected and treated by a pest-control or specialist cleaning service to ensure that any bed bugs or eggs are properly eliminated. Please do not underestimate this issue, as introducing bed bugs into your home can lead to a much bigger and more difficult problem.

The initial feel of the pilot was fantastic. Nice fluffy and soft. 2 months down the line, they are losing shape, even after fluffing. Good for spare bedroom occasional use but cannot handle everyday usage.

This pack of two pillows shake out easily and are very soft and comfortable there is definitely no odorous smell to them, they fit into my Queen sized pillow cases very well. I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for new pillows
