Excellent and proven toxin and mold free
Excellent tasting coffee. I also liked that the company shared their lab testing data when I asked which showed all the toxins and molds they test for through an independent lab. The only problem with this coffee is the cost and the fact that it tastes so good that I have doubled my coffee consumption.

Yummy
Excellent coffee

Weak coffee no flavor
When you open the bad there is no aroma and the coffee is bland and very watered down. It may be a high quality bean but maybe in the decaf process they sucked all the flavor out of the bean. Not worth the $ at all. Will not buy again.

Mold free
I really enjoy this coffee with organic stevia over ice

Way Darker Than Expected, Not Too Bad But Not Medium
My husband and I like organic coffee roasted at medium level. I thought this would be perfect since I drink mostly decaf. He also drinks decaf with me sometimes.HOW THIS COMESThis comes in a foil sealed package with a pull tab opening. It zips shut for reuse.WHAT COUNTRY OF ORIGIN?This coffee is from Mexico.ROASTThis says it is medium roast, but to my disappointment it is not medium. It is a darker roast.PHOTOSI took a photo for you of a comparison of these beans with a medium roast that we love. The darker shiny beans are these beans. The lighter beans are the medium roast of another brand that we love. In the photo the beans look a bit lighter than in person.FLAVORDespite it being dark and having a bit of a burned flavor, there is still some nuance left. It is not quite as bad as some other darker coffees that we have had which taste only burned with no subtle flavors. This has some flavor but it is a bit too dark for us. I blend this with our favorite medium coffee beans to balance it out. This coffee tastes better with a bit of milk. We both tend to drink our coffee black when it is medium or even light roast.THE BOTTOM LINEAlthough this is darker than we expected, it has some nuances to it still. We prefer it blended with other medium roasts to balance it out.MY RATINGFOUR STARS. This is a bit too dark to be a medium roast. It lacks the nuances of most medium roast coffees we have had especially those from Mexico which this is from. If you love dark roast coffee, you might love this too. We don't like darker roasts but prefer the many layers of flavor of medium roast instead.
