I just received my order, how to I determine what the Site Code is? It is not on any of the item labels as far as I can tell. Thanks,

If you ordered from us, it would be written on the box or bag that the fobs were shipped in.  If ordering less than 100 units, we pull your credentials from a 100 unit box and make a note of the site code so that you can use your credentials.

We have specific facility codes we need to match, Can you match those?

We certainly can, we can place a factory order with HID and have them programed to the format, facility code and fob numbers you need.  Please note however, while there is no fee for this, HID does have a strict minimum order quantity of 100 pieces for such orders. What is the facility code for this one? Also How many bit

These fobs are preprogrammed by the seller, so the facility code can vary by seller. ProxKey III reserves 16 bits for the primary coding generally however with two separate orders, I received one in the sub-10,000's range and one in the 40,000's range.

Will this fob work with a portable handheld 125khz rfid hid/id card writer/copier duplicator? i want to copy my building fob.

Accepted Answer

Yes.  It should work with most 125khz prox equipment.  However, if your equipment is limited to certain facility code, it has to match the facility code as well.  Most current Systems have the ability to accept any facility code, and if this is the case, any 125khz fob will work.
