Normally I would get Lecithin granules-- in a big canister. The only problem with that is that the granules stick together and clump and get smelly after a while - and it's hard to mix them in with my soup or cereal or smoothie. But this powder is a godsend -- mixes instantly and tastes great. It might cost me a little extra but it's worth it as it is aggravation-free.

I use lecithin when I make gummies. This product works great for that.

The lecithin in the smoothie mixed well with other ingredients; it really hasn't a taste, and that's good as it supports the quality of digestibility of all ingredients, and helps emulsify them into a nice frothy rich tasting meal.

I liked it. Just a little keeps my rolls soft.

This product works great!! Great price and amount. Wasnt available so ordered different one. It turned out to give very little for the price they charged. Not sure how new one works yet. Doubt I get same results. I want this product come back in stock

I used this as an ingredient for my pets tumor traumatic and coconut oil balm. It is gone and he is doing great! Awesome product. I consumed the leftovers of the Lecithin powder in a water (2tbls spoons once a week) and saw an improvement in my memory. I will purchase again. Thanks!

Purchased this to make cbd gummies and for some reason liquid just kept separating. I tried the liquid lecithin and it was perfect. I’m not saying the powder is not good, I’m saying the process I used seems to prefer the liquid lecithin over the powder lecithin. I will keep the powder lecithin as I continue my process may change but for now the liquid lecithin is easier to work with versus the powder lecithin.
