Perfect for migraines and eye strain relaxations
This eye massager has been a game-changer for my migraines and sinus headaches. The air pressure, heat, and electronic cooling features all help relieve pain while I use it. Unlike traditional ice cooling gels, this cooling tech seems to control the temperature precisely, so it’s safer, more consistent, and works faster. It’s easy to use and the music is a bit loud, but I just turn it off no big deal. For the price, this has been completely worth it. It doesn't magically cure my migraines, but it makes them much more bearable. If you're still on the fence, I'd say give it a try. It's helping me more than I expected.

Skeptical at first but it really works
I suffer from migraines, allergies, and sinus congestion (usually not all at the same time but between the three, I get frequent headaches.) My husband found this massager and gifted it to me. I was skeptical that it would help and was nervous about placing the device over my eyes with the mechanical heat features. So I didn’t try it until I was suffering from a bad migraine. Once I tried it, I didn’t want to remove it. The air pressure feature was amazing. The firm pressure feature made me think of reflexology pressure spots, and it seemed to provide the most relief from my head pain. I also enjoyed both the cooling and heating around my eyes. The mask did not cure my migraine but it definitely helped alleviate my symptoms while I was using it. I absolutely love it! The mask is easy operate. You can customize your selections (soft or firm pressure in addition to warming or cooling around the eyes) or you can use one of the preprogrammed modes. With the preprogramming, the unit turns itself off after 10 minutes which is nice. The only feature that I did not like was the music. The music volume is way too loud to be so close to your ears. I think the developers increased the music volume in an attempt to drown out the operating noises of the device. I think this was a fail. You cannot control the volume but it is easy to turn the music off. It would have been nice if the unit had more peaceful nature sounds instead of the loud music. But music feature aside, this massaging unit is definitely a winner.

Delayed review with altered expectations
I bought this for dry eye relief and because I thought a gentle eye (eyeball) massage would feel wonderful. Tried it once and was disappointed, not at all what I expected. Put it in the drawer where it remained for over a year. After a particularly miserable few days with dry eye flareup, pulled it out of the drawerand tried it again, with lowered expectations. It wasn’t bad. Amazed it still had a charge after more than a year! Tried it a second time and after I figured out what it was trying to do, I relaxed and let it do its thing. My eyes feel.a lot better now. It massages temples and around the eyeballs, never putting any pressure on eyeballs, increasing circulation, which makes everything work and feel better. I guess it wouldn’t be good to increase pressure on eyeballs. I will continue using it as long as it helps.. Only negative I have is the music feature, but one reviewer said it can be turned off by pressing the power button twice. I haven’t tried. Hope that works.

How was I living without this?
I didn't have high expectations on something like this as they usually aren't what you expect. But my goodness! This feels AMAZING!!! It actually works and it feels so good when it presses in on your temples. That is really all I was hoping for. But then add in the cooling and heat for your eyelids and WIWSA! Heaven! There is only 1 thing that I wished it could do additionally and that is to hold the high pressure squeeze to your temples for longer or until you want to release it. Other than that, this little slice of pleasure is never leaving my side.

Got this to help myself relax and it gave me headaches.
I bought two of these. One for my lady and myself. She suffers from sinus issues and migraines. I used to use an eye ice pack that I kept in the freezer bedroom mini-fridge. I loved it, but it just became a hassle. I used it to relax my head and get a better sleep. I decided to try this, thinking it might be a solution or an aid for us both. Cons: It gave me headaches. Bad headaches after each use. I tried changing the settings to low, heat, and cold. No change. I also made the mistake of trying to fall asleep with it on and woke up with a killer headache. The music is annoying. I don't get the thinking behind this. It comes on automatically, and you can tap the power twice to turn it off, but what a silly design. A more innovative approach would be a set setting that I can put it so that it never comes on and the volume, not upon each power on. It only works for 15 minutes. You have to keep restarting it. Not a huge deal, but it would be nice if you could choose a longer time frame. Makes me wonder if the design team was aware that it causes headaches. Pros: I loved the cold feature. That was awesome. It's a very good cold press feeling. Overall, I cannot recommend this product. It seems like it could have been designed better. The fact that it gave me headaches defeated the purpose of buying two of these. Avoid.

Great for eye relief
The item is great but before you buy one be aware that so far I have not found any customer service or support even through the fmlave website. I have had no response on Amazon when posting the question for where to get support if there is a problem. So basically when you purchase one of the eye massagers you are on your own. There are 2 benefits to using the fmlave Eye Massager with Heat and Cooling- first the functions of the massager- heat and cooling, compression and massage for eye relief- and second, 10 minutes of pure relaxation with soothing music. (your own through Bluetooth or the included music which is fine for me). The music can be turned off too. I recommend lying flat on your back with your chin up a little to help keep any pressure off the bridge of your nose. Inserting a little wedge of a makeup sponge on the nose bridge helps also. Kick off your shoes, lie on the bed, put this baby on and have 10 minutes of soothing relaxation. The only negative is that the cooling shuts down after about 4 minutes.

Lasted 6 months
At first this was a great product. I have been plagued with headaches most of my life. Recently, I've been getting headaches behind my eyes, and when my eye doctor told me to put hot and cold packs on my eyes, I thought I would see if there was another solution. And I found this wonderful machine all it doesn't necessarily cure my headache every time it absolutely helps, and it helps with the pressure in my eyes.. So I went on to buy these for family members and recommend them to others who have headache issues. As a matter fact in my home, I have multiple. One started acting funny about six months after receiving it. It makes a weird loud humming noise so it's very distracting. And as luck would have it I am just passed the timeframe of getting any help to either repair or replace it. Super disappointing, but I guess if the life cycle is six months and it provides relief, I will just have to deal with it.

Extremely relaxing for strained eyes
Due to work, I need to be on the computer for more than 10 hours a day. I needed something to help relax my eyes at night, and that's why I bought this. I feel that this is a very solid product for my case. The ability to generate both heat/cooling is invaluable. I use this at night after shower and makes me feel much more relaxed than before. Below are a few pro and cons that I currently observe: Pro: 1. Ability to either heat/cool my eyes depending on my mood for the day. 2. Massaging capability provides even more comfort (thought I don't use this feature daily, frequency probably around once a week) 3. Auto 15 min shutoff. This is super helpful where I don't need an additional alarm setup. 4. Rechargeable battery, so I don't need to use extra long USB cable. Cons: 1. The default auto start music on turn on ( which can be turned off by pressing twice after the unit is powered on, but still a little bit of hassle as it doesn't save your settings) 2. Weight. It has some weight to it, so when I lie down and use it, I do feel some pressure on my face. In summary, this product has satisfied my needs and I highly recommend it, especially if your eyes are sore and tired after working on the computer for hours like me. For my case at least, I feel that the cost is justified.
