As Good As More Expensive Brands!😍
As you can see, I had So Much Fun trying out these mica powders! I felt that I was taking a chance getting these ones because the price was AMAZING at under 8. compared to others on the market. But you know how it is for most of us out here financially. I took a chance and it paid off as you can see by my experiments with resin and soap making. The bottom line is that the shine, saturation of color, and look is the same as more expensive ones on the market. I even showed that in the last photo. This green powder is in the bag above and the more expensive kind of mica is below it. I couldn’t even tell the difference when I poured some of this powder into the big container below in that photo! I do suggest that you get some cheap, little containers to put these bagged powders into for easier pouring although the tiny spoon with bigger spoon that is included is quite good. For soap making novices, After you pour the soap in the molds, stir the melted wax in the mold. This gets rid of the initial skin on top of the soap that contains bubbles and doesn’t shine. So, the 6th photo is how the soap looked after I stirred it. Isn’t is pretty?! The color is a mixture of blue with green. The brighter and shinier blue towards the center of the tourquoise blue flower I brushed into the mold (sky blue) before pouring the wax. The only way to get it to stick to the silicone was to spray alcohol first and then scoop a bit of mica into the crevices with the end of a sandwich pick. I strongly suggest getting sandwich picks for resin epoxy, candle, and soap making. I got mine on Amazon. They are cheap, and fantastic for scooping up the smallest amounts of everything, getting into small crevices, and stirring small amounts of liquids. These are all this mica except for the white color in the 4th and 5th photo done in resin. The white is produced by a white sinker for resin. There are several of these on Amazon. I laid down some of these mica colors first, put a drop or 2 of the sinker on them and put a heat gun on it for about 5 seconds to make the resin more liquid and flow more. I hope that some part of this helped you on your road to exploring and expressing Yourself through Your Creativity!😍

Rainbow in a Box — My Soap Has Never Looked So Fancy
This mica powder set is pure magic! Twenty‑six colors of shimmery goodness that make my epoxy resin projects and homemade soaps look like they belong in a boutique. The pigments mix beautifully, a little goes a long way, and the sparkle level is chef’s kiss. I’ve made soaps that look too pretty to actually use — my family thinks I’ve lost it, but I’m just living my glittery dream. Vibrant, easy to use, and guaranteed to make you feel like a mad scientist with an eye for sparkle.

Beautiful Vibrant colors
I had never used any mica powder before. I am very very happy with the results! I initially wanted to make some glow in the dark rubber ducky keychains for my family. I successfully made a lot of rubber ducky keychains that glow in the dark and I also made some gummy bear keychains that also glow in the dark. Using these combined with my glow pigment worked near perfect for most of the colors I have tried except for the yellow because my glow pigment is aqua and of course when I tried mixing a yellow with a blue-ish color I got green. No big surprise there, lol. I really appreciate the double sided spoon that came with these powders because I use the large side for my glow pigment and the small side works perfectly for the mica powder! I plan on making everything I can imagine soon!

Great good amount of colors to choose from
This was a good value for a beginner doing resin ornaments. Much easier to use the powder versus the liquid and if you buy this set, you have a really great amount of choices.
