Scary at first but great once you get used to it. cork pops out. very easy to use.

Refiils empty
Doesn't work brilliantly after 10 or so uses and the two spare refills were empty! I have attempted to contact seller for replacements.UPDATE- 19/11/19. 2 replacement refills have arrived in the post today from The Wine Cellar, which is unarguably good service. Thank you.
