Before taking these my legs were very sluggish and I was having leg cramps and now after taking this supplement I feel so much better. My legs haven't cramped at all I have very little pain i definitely recommend

However, the compound has everything recommended for the strengthening of bones. Note the amount of calcium cannot be determined prior to purchase. It is 1000mg in the recommended dosage, and if your doctor advises a higher dose you may need a supplement.
