Basically optimum nutrition is one of the best supplement company and optimum nutrition bcaa 5000 is very affordable and taste very good. I use it as inter workout and it help me a lot in muscle recovery and endurance.The main thing in this supplement is zero added sugar.

Very bad. Everytime i consumed it, suffered from fever next day. This is not recommended for anyone. Thrown in gutter.
