U by Kotex Balance Pads with Wings, Ultra Thin, Overnight, Extra Heavy Absorbency, 30 Count (Packaging May Vary)

I previously used always ultra thin size 4 and 5 for overnight use. They are not soft and irritated my skin. I threw those away when I got these Kotex ultra thin. I purchased the Kotex ultra thin overnight (orange labeling) and ultra thin extra heavy overnight (purple labeling). They are extremely absorbent and comfortable to wear. The top layer of the pad is soft and not scratchy like always. The ultra thin extra heavy overnight is extremely long so I will most likely only use them on my heaviest night. Otherwise I’ll be using the regular ultra thin overnight. I also purchased a box of the Kotex ultra thin overnight (regular, not extra heavy, she said the extra heavy was too long for her liking) for my teen daughter. She says they are very comfortable to wear and she is picky. They work well for her for both overnight and school days so she can have extra coverage to assure no leaks. They are thin and comfortable enough to where they don’t bother her during the school day. She prefers to have extra coverage during the school day just in case she can’t reach a bathroom in time. When you are wearing these pads you can seriously hardly feel them. They can handle a full overnight sleep even on heavy days. My teenager sleeps for like 10 hours straight and they hold up great, she says. We will be ordering the Kotex ulta thin “heavy” (green labeling) next to have an option for more moderate to light days. Like I mentioned my teenager daughter and I had been using always ultra thin sizes 2, 4 and 5 for ages and we also tried always infinity size 2 and 5. These Kotex are way better than the always mentioned. The Kotex stay in place and absorb better. The always infinity are a weird shape and shift around and the always ulta thins are not even nearly as comfortable as Kotex. If you have sensitive skin like we do I encourage you to try these Kotex pads. We will be switching over all our pads and not going back to always. You can’t beat the price for the quality. We tried some expensive Cora pads and they were soft but the quality was meh. Not worth it. Kotex wins hands down for quality, comfort, absorption, staying in place and value.

My new FAVORITE GO TO PADS! All I have to say is THANK YOU KOTEX FOR ACTUALLY LISTENING TO US WOMEN!!! Especially us thick women! I Lobe The extended back so NO LEAKS! The charcoal was the cherry on top! Helps with any order and keeps you nice and dry! When you feel so gross and uncomfortable once a month or maybe even more if your like me, it’s great know Kotex got your back and can make it a little less uncomfortable!!!!

Like to try in between different sized pads/brands. Somehow leaked just a bit on the back but that’s a me problem lol not the pad. Very long indeed but definitely would still prefer even longer like the rael ones for security. Still a great pad nonetheless and it is comfy bc of how thin it is which i so prefer. Does hold up well too even during the heavier days.

The ‘softness' of this pad is something you’ll notice the moment you touch it. The surface is very smooth very smooth feel and absolutely no roughness. It fits perfectly and doesn’t shift or rub against the skin. Most importantly, it absorbs quickly and stays dry on the surface, keeping your skin fresh even on heavy flow days, greatly reducing stuffiness and discomfort. Great product!

I have HEAVY menstrual cycles and these work great after the heavier portion of my cycle. The thicker overnight work great for the heavier portion so I get both!

Love these for my heavy days. Absorbs quickly, so you are not uncomfortable. Thin so you can’t see it through your clothes. Really long. So it covers literally front to back! No spillage.

U by Kotex Extra Heavy Overnight pads have become my replacement for the Always Size 6 Extra Heavy Overnight pads in the black box--which as of about a year ago went from being impossible to find in stores, to being sold by random stores online only, to now when you do find them online they cost $20+ for a box of 20. I use these Kotex extra heavy pads for tampon backup because lately my periods are THAT heavy that the Always extra long pantyliners that I was using for backup were being overwhelmed. The Kotex pads work very well at catching and absorbing any tampon leaks that occur. When I sleep in them they are comfortable and great at absorbing quickly. What I will say though, is that I wish they were a bit longer in the front because once you pull the pad back far enough so you don't have an accident in the back it leaves you with a bit less coverage in the front because the front of the pad isn't as long as the back of the pad.

I have been using U by Kotex Balance Ultra Thin Overnight Pads for a few months now and I am very satisfied with them. They are comfortable, breathable, and absorbent, and they do not irritate my skin. They have a large back and wings that prevent leaks and keep the pad in place all night long. They also have a plant-based charcoal layer that helps neutralize odour and keep me feeling fresh. I like that they are individually wrapped in colourful and discreet packages that are easy to carry and dispose of. They are also dermatologist-tested and made without harsh ingredients, which is important for me. I would recommend these pads to anyone who needs extra heavy overnight protection and wants to sleep peacefully without worrying about leaks or odour.

As I get older I find my flow is more hellish to try to understand lol. These pads are a game changer for me, it says it’s for night time use but I use it in the day too. I work a desk job and we all know sometimes leakage happens near the bum when sitting. Well with how long these are I haven’t ruined anymore panties or pants in years. This includes night time as well, I can finally lay on my belly or my back w/o having to be stressing about rolling back and forth. It’s also very comfy and thin while holding a lot, I do enjoy the addition of the charcoal strip that’s been implemented, it seems to help. My only complaint is that it seems like they have changed how sticky the wings are, before the wings would be almost like glue and stick onto anything but the new ones sometimes don’t stick to my stretchy underwear (like the puma ones from Costco as an example). All in all I love these and I desperately hope Kotex never discontinues these or else I will cry lol
