Kids and adults love it. Challenging, but all want to master it. Even the 4 yr old boy enjoys trying to increase his time staying balanced (only a few seconds so far, but not giving up). Good enjoyment for the whole family to gather around and share their attempts and increasing proficiency. lots of laughs for those watching, too. Well made. Got adult size, but kids are ok with it. Good value for the fun alone! recommend 5 stars.

If you don't have one of these...if you are any age but espeacially if you are over 50...no joke...fun, easy, talk on the phone and do 20 min's just having fun on it...come on...be a kid again...two months in, my grandkids can't beat me on time on this thing and my core is stronger than ever.

Nice board for balance training. Plastic tension clips partially broke right out of the box, but are still in place. Amazon could only do a full return/refund. LOVE LOVE LOVE!! High quality board. I enjoy using it at my standing desk. It cushions my joints much more than any mat, promotes good posture (i.e., no shoulder slumping), and I like that I can stand on one leg at a time without needing to shuffle the other into the center. I don't ever sit at my desk anymore, so wanted something I could stand on for hours on end. This is that thing. I also find that it helps with focus!

Excellent quality item, although it does sag quite a bit more than I initially expected it to but it is a slack rather than taught line isn't it. I was pleasantly surprised how much I was huffing & puffing from the first beginners workout on the app. Great fun to use & easy to follow workouts on the app & I'm enjoying using it so far.

We received our board the next day and it was an immediate hit with 4 generations grand kids, kid, mom and grand ma. Perfect tool to get ready for the snowboarding and ski season. Helps to build balance and ankle strenght. We started doing family contests of number of rebounds in a row. I also use it under my standing desk and its really fun and helps to keep legs active and blood flowing from all day standing. Quality slack-line practice board for practicing balance. Be aware, this is more taut than a true slack-line, nevertheless, it's still worthwhile.
