HIIT Bounce Pro Rebounder

You can trust the product and the seller, highly recommended. I was a bit unlucky with my order and received a wrong product. It was the right box but the rebounder inside was a different model. I didn't realise immediately but when I started wondering how to use it in incline, I finally established that I had a wrong product. I contacted customer service and they were amazing. Very quick to respond and very friendly; they immediately organised a replacement and kept me informed all the way through the process. Once the replacement arrived, everything was in the box and I finally got to test it; the HIIT model was a bit harder to unfold than the bounce & burn I received by mistake, but it also seemed more stable and robust. In general both were fairly easy to assemble; I know that instruction say two people should fold and unfold it but we are social distancing and being stuck at home on my own I had not choice but try. No problem, it can be done by one person; just be careful, watch you fingers and go for it. One hint - check all of the springs and hooks before you unfold it and afterwards before you start using the rebounder. I had to re-fold mine to fix some of the hooks otherwise they would rip through the fabric tunnels as they didn't go fully through. In use, I found the legs only slightly unstable but I suppose this is a consequence of having the convenience of folding legs. After few workouts I got used to this and I no longer notice it. The bounce is great and the rebounder seem really robust. It came with weighted gloves and exercise dvds which are really good if you want to do more than just randomly bouncing. I also have Tracy Anderson's mini trampoline workout, I got with my old rebounder which I can recommend if you can get it. I use my rebounder not only for full workouts but also for short 5 minutes breaks when I am working from home and not moving much, I do that every "sitting" hour and if sometimes during work calls (if I don't need to talk much) or watching TV - I can highly recommend that for keeping your energy levels when homebound. you will not regret getting this rebounder and you certainly won't regret using it.

I bought an Urban Rebounder back in the day and although it was great for exercising, it was really noisy and difficult to fold up, so spent a lot of it’s life in the shed! So, I bought the HIIT Rebounder as I wanted to do more HIIT and it has a pair of weighted gloves to go with it. The delivery was a day late (which I didn’t mind too much) but when it was delivered, I was worried, as the box had clearly been dropped. I don’t blame anyone for that, as the box was quite shiny and slippery. So the polystyrene supports inside were almost completely smashed and little beads of it spilled out everywhere :(. Having said that, the rebounder itself was absolutely fine! Not only that, it was so easy to set up, as long as it was carefully done and it didn’t hurt my hands to put the legs in place. So I did a session today and the difference is immense. For one thing, complete silence! No squeaks every time I jumped up and down. Plus, I didn’t feel as jarred as I did with the old one. Well worth the money but luckily, I got a discount anyway. Very happy (jumping) bunny :)

I have a knee injury and I tried to buy a crosstrainer but it broke within days of getting it and all the sturdier ones were way out of my price range. I was meant to be doing water exercises to strengthen my knee as per my physio advice, but with Covid I can no longer go to a swimming pool as I have preexisting health issues, so when I read trampolines are low impact, I bought one of these. I shopped around and this one seemed to have good reviews and seemed sturdy enough. I liked the fact that it folds up for storage if needed and you can tilt it which is good for if you want to use it for strength exercises. I discussed it with my physio and she said it was really good for knee injuries and recommended just marching and then jogging at first to get used to it and I have to admit at first it made me really dizzy. But now I am used to it I am doing the more dynamic workouts. I haven't reinjured myself using it so it is working out pretty well. They provide you with a complimentary dvd with 3 workouts and you can sign up to their website with the workouts as well but that is a monthly fee. If you cannot afford that, there are lots of videos on youtube so you can have a lot of variety. Highly recommend it. My only comment is that it is a bit annoying to fold up as it is a 2 person job to fold and open it, so most of the time I leave it propped up instead.

Love my HIIT Bounce Rebounder. Super-fast delivery and arrived well packaged with free weighted gloves, 2 workout DVD's and a free trial to an online membership which gives you access to a wide variety of great workouts on their Rebound.fitness site. Not only can you use this as a normal Rebounder, its easily converted to use on an incline ( took a few seconds to adjust the legs). Brings a different dimension to Rebounding being able to use it for HIIT style workouts whilst still reducing impact on the joints, but adding extra intensity and increasing that calorie burn! I wanted something that would help me shift some weight and tone up also. I can really notice a difference in a short time of use already. The rebounder itself feels sturdy and well-built with a good bounce and folds for easy storage! Great piece of training kit. I love the fact you can use it in 2 different positions and would highly recommend if you like to vary your workouts. I bought their HIIT 2 compilation DVD which has more rebounding workouts in the series which are also awesome and they have a Maximus DVD out with more great rebounding exercises. This company are experts in rebounding and specializes purely in rebounders and rebound workouts unlike your normal fitness supermarket sellers. I’ve called them and asked for some training advice and they sent me a programme! Brilliant service. Selling at great price too! Don’t waste your money on cheaper copy rebounders that look similar, my friend bought one and it was shocking quality.

Les séances d’entraînement au rebond de style HIIT sont très difficiles, mais n’ont aucun impact sur les articulations et ne font donc pas mal. Je voulais quelque chose qui puisse m'aider à changer de poids et à tonifier également. Je peux déjà vraiment remarquer une différence en peu de temps. Le rebondeur lui-même est robuste et bien construit avec un bon rebond et une conception pliable pour un rangement facile! Grand morceau de kit de formation de fitness à domicile. J'adore le fait que vous puissiez l'utiliser pendant seulement 10 minutes tout en vous procurant une sensation de bien-être et une séance d'entraînement exceptionnelles. Insieme al trampolino vengono forniti due dvd con all’interno video per allenarsi e dei pesi da mettere sulle mani. Per chi come me è alla prime armi in questi tipo di allenamenti devo dire che non ho avuto tanti problemi. Il montaggio è rapidissimo, Il trampolino arriva piegato e in 1 minuto si apre e si montano i vari piedini ed è pronto all’uso. Nell’utilizzo si percepisce la qualità del prodotto, molto solido e stabile. Ora spero che questi tipi di esercizi possano aiutarmi a togliere peso e rassodare. Ottimo acquisto

Everyone should own this. The price is unbeatable. It has lasted years. It is well made and perfect for the purpose of it's function (exercise) but also like a toy that the kids have fun on when they want to bounce in the house on rainy days. The springs are going strong years in, and it is still in perfect condition, and I use mine every day. I rarely put it away. If I do, it is only just putting the legs in so it slides into a small spot. This function of the legs folding has been the most important value. I have had a tramp that would not fold and it was a nightmare on days when visitors came. This folding option did not compromise the strength, as I ordered one for my family member who is a heavy body. This tramp is strong and it comes with a bar (I don't use mine for lack of space and how often I tuck mine away), but it is awesome to have to start out with balance, and I used to use my bar to do other exercises that require balance. So this tramp lacks nothing in quality and has all that the contenders have with a high weight limit. I think up 300lbs but double check, it is in the details. My family member was close t0 300lbs and she loved hers. The other piece is that this folds down into 1/4 the size, which came in handy to load it into my trunk to move. You do not have to disassemble it to fold it down to 1/4 the size! Yes! Ladies, we are all taking our tramps to Jane's house today for a group bounce session! Nice, mine folds into a handheld and pops up and down in 2 seconds- I'll be there. This is the only rebounder as far as I am concerned and I have been running inside on a tramp for 10 years now. On this one for quite a few now, I can't remember how long, but I have not had a single issue with it in all the years and I have bought 'em as gifts.

Ich habe viel recherchiert, bevor ich meine Entscheidung getroffen und den HIIT Rebounder gekauft habe. Dieser Rebounder hat einige großartige zusätzliche Funktionen, die andere nicht haben - das gibt ihm seine Einzigartigkeit. Es hat 32 sehr große Federn und der Bounce fühlt sich einfach perfekt an, nicht zu weich oder zu hart, sondern genau richtig für das Fitnesstraining. Der Rebounder kann sehr einfach verstaut werden. Die andere coole Sache ist, dass die 6 Beine mit einer Feder befestigt sind und so einfach wegklappt werden können. Ich bin begeistert von diesem Mini-Trampolin. Es kommt mit voller 12-Monats-Garantie und sogar Ersatzteile können nachgekauft werden. Andere Firmen bieten das nicht an. Die Firma hat offensichtlich viel über den Designaspekt und den Packungsinhalt nachgedacht, um es zu einem wirklich großartigen Fitnessgerät zu machen, das Sie zu Ihrem Fitnessstudio hinzufügen oder alleine benutzen können. Ich habe auch die HIIT Compilation 2 DVD gekauft so dass ich mehr Trainingsvielfalt habe. Definitiv das aktuellste moderne Rebound-Training, das ich bisher gefunden habe. Es ist ein super Produkt und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt!
