I bought this Spigen keychain expecting premium quality, especially considering the price and the claims about its durability. Unfortunately, it broke within a year of normal use.For something marketed as a durable, premium product and supposedly designed to withstand thousands of uses/clicks, this is simply not good enough. The broken part can clearly be seen in the photo.What makes it worse is that I couldn’t find any straightforward way to contact Spigen for support or make a warranty claim.Very disappointing for such an expensive product. Poor durability, poor after-sales support and definitely not worth the premium price. I would not recommend buying it.
