Works well but you have to read the instructions
It works well for me, great to be able to reduce the size of charger I need to carry around. I generally use my surface 6 pro for when I travel. Adapter won't work unless you have the appropriate cable/charger as mentioned in the product description.

Small but not reliable, sadly.
Sadly the standoff when connected to a surface pro is about 4mm too short. When you plug in a 200+w USBC connector it pushes the ply out far enough to stop the charging. The connectors into the surface pro are not as good as the other one I bought on here to replace this. I wanted this one in my bag of adaptors due to its small side. Sadly disappointed

MS Surface pro connector
Works very well, a bit big to use with the docking station. It just connects to a regular USB C charger.

Needs more solder to the joints but great product when working
Now I have had mine since 6th may 2025 and honestly most of the comments are fair but unfair What I have noticed the adapter dose work in my sense but I had one issue the white light stoped comming on so I opened it up as it’s plastic casing and I noticed there lack of solder on the pads but since I have redone all soldering it works a dream no issues and today is the 6th sep 2026 So I advise to add more soldier to the pads for reliability but overall great product when it’s done properly

A must for MS Surface owners
If you own a MS Surface you'll know that you can get locked in to some expensive accessories. This allowed me to use my power brick's USB C connector to charge my Surface on the go.

Flimsy
Flimsy product. It is hard to keep connected, as it gets loose very easily. For the price, I should have seen it coming.

This works well and is the same as the 'official ' version. Have had no charging issues so far. Well priced and well made .

Don’t buy.
I’ve read many reviews and took a chance. Doesn’t work. I emailed the seller the first day it arrived and got no response back. Tried different chargers at different voltages. Still no success. Done a test on it and there’s no output. Please don’t waste your money and take a chance as I did. It’s just profit for the seller. Best to buy the full charger. This I did from another seller. It’s been two weeks and no response from the seller.

also hab mir 2 Stück schicken lassen und bei einem funktionierte die LED nicht. Das Laden selbst hat funktioniert, aber der Überwachungseffekt, anhand der LED, war nicht gegeben. Sehr schade. Nutze den Vorgänger nun schon seit 2 Jahren und arbeitet einwandfrei. update, 11.03.2023 habe die obige Lieferung zurückgegeben und zwei neue bestellt. Ergebnis: genauso wie ich mir das dachte. Alles gut, jedes funktioniert. Sehr schön.
