A must have for Above Ground pools!!!
A must have if you own an above ground pool. It makes a world of difference. I’m very happy with this purchase. Now I can fully enjoy my above ground pool.

BUYER BEWARE! DANGEROUS!!
I would give this a zero stars if I could. This ladder is unsafe for children or adults. VERY DANGEROUS!!!! Do NOT buy!!!! The instructions are garbage, they do NOT help with setting the pool up. The pictures for showing how to put it together are black so you can not see anything. You have to just scramble around figuring it out so it will take you awhile to put together. Since this ladder requires to put sand in it, USPS won't let me return due to weight of the item. Also once it's all together you can not break it back down like when you first get it. The merchant doesn't provide a tool to pop the circle covers off without damaging the ladder. I didn't see till I was trying to return this garbage that if the stairs show use or is scratched, ect that they won't give you your money back because they request for them to recieve the item and inspect it before they decide if they will give you your money back. Had I known that before hand I would never have bought because that's a red flag. Goes to show that they sell garbage and don't honor their garbage. It's like they know no one will want this crap, and when someone doesn't like it, we have to jump through all these hoops to try and get our money back. Save yourself the headache and buy locally because buying a product like this through Amazon isn't worth the stress and hassle. I will get my money back one way or another. I also will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and informing them of this matter!

Ladder ok, customer service not
The ladder itself is much better than the crappy ones that come with pools. Needs a lot of sand. Getting anchor weights to stabilize. Biggest problem was towardsend of puttingit all together, we realizedwe had 2 LEFT side panels/fixing strips and not one for the right. These secure the outside ladder. Mistakes can be made, so I messaged them about it. I was told twice by them that they were interchangeable and it would work. NO. The grooves were completely wrong and they are not. So on the 3rd message back from them, they got condescending and said they'd send me another if I just "need it to say RIGHT". I said, well yes I do because that's the correct part! I got it within the week and, lo & behold, it works! Imagine that? There IS one that says RIGHT and grooved correctly. Don't try to make me out an idiot.

Good steps for above ground pool
I'm 77 years old and I don't have very good balance. Getting in and out of our above ground pool is something of a challenge. With these steps I can get in and out with ease. They are very sturdy and I'm very pleased with them. I feel they are well worth the money.

Pain in the tooty!
I will not lie. This letter has been a pain in my you know what. The instructions were terrible and impossible to understand but luckily I hate instructions. And I usually do things by looking at the picture. So I had that advantage. I decided to put it in backwards for the sake of taking the ladder out in the winter. I stabilized the steps on the outside with sand and pool noodles against the side of my pool. It does rock a bit but it does the job. I was looking in to putting extra deck up to the pool But. For the lovely price of $3000 to have someone do it I decided against it. These stairs were a better deal and it gives the comfort to the pool rather than the chincy metal ladder we had before. I'm just hoping it lasts for a few years. We will see how this summer goes. The ladder does feel a bit cheap And I can feel the steps give when I step on them. With the heat and the chlorine water we will see what happens. All and all when it is said and done I feel it was a good choice for $350.

Sturdy
Very sturdy! I don’t really care for the texture on the ladder as it does kinda hurt your feet but I don’t feel like it is going to move while I am on it.

Great ladder/stairs
They are larger than expected. They are sooo much better than the cheap ladders that come with an above ground pool. It does take time to fill all the sand in the steps to keep it weighted down. We would buy again

Complete waste of money!
Absolute waste of money! I’d leave zero stars and if I could. The directions are horrible and the pictures look like they were taken at night and they still printed them black & white. The directions are VERY unclear, I tried YouTube, ChatGPT, getting ahold of customer service and they never emailed me back. They are very wobbly even with sand, we’re going to get steel rods and stick them into the ground and zip tie them to the handrails so they’re more stable. I’m so mad I wasted money on these stairs, most of the reviews were good , that’s why I got them. I had to go look at pictures in the reviews to figure out how to finish putting together.
