JEFlex Natural Silk Sleep Mask Blindfold, Super-Smooth Eye Mask

We moved house in August 2018 and I practically need a cave to sleep in. Our new bedroom was still too bright even with blackout blinds, so decided to invest in some new sleep-masks to achieve a lay-in at weekends (and not waking up at 5am in summer!) I already had a few eye-masks from long-haul flights, but they were getting a bit tatty. I ordered a selection of sleep masks in October 2018 and this is by far the best one for the way I sleep. As someone who sleeps flat on their front, moulded eye-masks tend not to work well - as soon as I place my face on a pillow or mattress, a ridged mask will move and then lets in some light. I thought that this eye mask would be WAY too big for my face, but the fact that it appears 'oversized' is what makes it perfect. I can lay on my front, put my face onto the pillow/mattress and NO light gets in! The material is so comfortable too. Really soft and a pleasure to have against my skin. I haven't found it too warm, but I am quite a cool person and live in the UK (not warm!). I love it so much, I don't want to wash it, in case it ruins it in some way. :-( I do have a spare, so I'll have to put one in the wash whilst the having the other as back-up.

I bought this to use now in these summer months as it is light at 4 in the morning. I was thinking of getting blackout curtains as mine are practically see-through, but bought this instead. I used it last night for the first time and for the first time in weeks did not wake up at the crack of dawn! It is so soft and comfortable and you can adjust the elastic around your head to suit yourself. I was not even aware that I was wearing it. It is an excellent product and has saved me the expense of buying new curtains!! (It's nothing like those cheap ones they give you on planes - this one is actually comfortable over your eyes).

These aren't being used as sleep masks but as blindfolds for archery. For a visually impaired archery to use a tactile sight they need to be blindfolded as well. These are soft & think and cover the whole of the eye area and more, so there can be no chance of seeing through or round them (for those that have limited sight). They are also perfect for our sighted archers to use to try the tactile sight and see what it feels like to be a blind archer.

I bought this eyemask after putting up with an old one for a while with elastic that was not elastic any more! This came in a nice wallet and I am impressed with the quality of the mask. It is soft, comfortable and light to wear and blocks out all the light. It is fully adjustable and I am very pleased with it.

This mask is beautifully soft and very comfortable to wear. I have difficulty sleeping and find I wake up in the night and then struggle to go back to sleep. I have been wearing this for a few night and my sleep has improved. It keeps out the natural early morning light but also when I do wake in the night it keeps my eyes shut and the comfort of the dark makes it much easier to drop off again and sometimes again. Great value.

The eye mask is decent quality, feels soft, but will not last you past a year, spend a few extra bucks and get one that lasts longer, also the silk gets wet easily and doesn’t feel great on the skin, so if you easily sweat avoid this product.

First go with a sleep mask, felt a bit silly but 3 hours of dark in Norway meant we needed some help. This mask is comfy and was effective for us, almost zero light and that tiny little bit only if wriggling it on your bonce to try and make it not work. Made instant difference to my sleep quality and pattern, both on how i felt and what fitbit said. Great value therefore at this price but what price do you put on a good night’s sleep? Worth every penny.

I have a small face, and thought the sleep mask may be too large for me but it was brilliant. So lightweight you don't know it is on and the strap - in a good position across the back of the head - can be altered to any length allowing most comfort. As to keeping out the light; no problem and it stays in place and doesn't ride up as you are sleeping. Brilliant product.
