iSpring WGB22BD Spotless Water System for Car Wash, Deionized, 1200 Gal

Previously, after each car wash, I had to spend extra time wiping the windows and wheels to remove stubborn water stains and marks. With this Aishipulin water purification system, these steps are no longer necessary. The deionized water washes the glass until it's crystal clear, free of stains and mineral deposits; the wheels don't need scrubbing and remain sparkling clean. I also use it to clean the chrome exhaust pipes, leaving them shiny and free of any hazy residue. You can first use regular water to pre-wash the wheels, then switch to purified water for a final rinse. The mobile cart moves flexibly around the wheels, and the included hose is long enough to ensure every corner of the vehicle is thoroughly cleaned. This system has halved my car wash time, and the glass and metal parts on my car look brand new.

I purchased the portable system with the bypass valve ( important) to be able to hand wash my new vehicles myself, as well as some of my 12 foot windows without spotting. I tested my house water before connecting the filter ( about 127 ppm), and was pleasantly surprised to see a zero ppm from the outlet. I have it hooked up to a pressure washer and highly recommend installing a digital flow meter and an adjustable valve inline to keep the flow at under 2 gpm through the media. I am very pleased with the results and have achieved spotless results on my vehicles. One last suggestion: I found that lifting the entire assembly on a work bench greatly aids the installation of the 2 media canisters onto their bases.

Works as advertised. Good value compared to others on the market. Easy assembly. Reduced the TDS (total dissolved solids) in my super calcified well water from 400ppm to 1ppm. Spot free rinse on my black truck even in sunlight. Delivers about 3 GPM to my pressure washer, measured by me. Perfect rate. Any more than that doesn’t give the filters time to work.

DEFINITELY WORTH EVERY PENNY! I have never left a review but this is SOOO worth it! We live in an area with hard water and washing our cars has been miserable bc we could never get it spot free with all the hard water spots that seemed to almost stain our paint. We got this and it’s a legit game changer!!! It has cut our drying time down bc the water just falls off.

The wheeled cart is incredibly convenient and easy to maneuver. The bypass valve design is practical—no need to disconnect hoses when switching modes. Thoughtful details like these make a big difference. No more worrying about water spots after washing! The deionized water delivers amazing results, leaving the car body mirror-like and shiny. They say if you register, you get a 3 year warranty extension. However, when trying to register, after taking 10 minutes to fill out the registration, it asks for you to enter a "Captcha Text". it does not work!!! I tried it several times. did not work... Very irritating... Gave up... Be aware, installing the filter containers to the housing assy is a bit tricky. One screwed right on, the other did not. What works: Turn the whole thing upside down, place the white inner washer directly onto the housing, silicone lube the big O-ring to hold it in place while installing the filter holder. Set the filter cartridge onto the housing, place the filter onto the housing and carefully place the filter holder onto the housing so as not to dislodge the O-ring and screw it on. My TDS reads ~400 ppm going in and 4 ppm on the output. So it's doing a good job of DI'g the water.

I bought the deionized water system for car washes. It left water spots on my car and windows. I do not recommend this product.

Purchased this after doing some research on this and the CR Spotless. After reading the review on customer service I was pretty much sold! It's hard to find a company that is customer oriented and not for just volume sales and forget. Anyways I purchased this during Prime Day and just recently received it; after looking at the box it came in (seen better days) I figured something was going to be damaged. Sure, enough I took it out and started to assemble it and found that the bottom mounting stand and wheel mount was bent. Took pictures and tried to fix it myself but was still having issues. Called iSpring and got a hold of Nick who was very easy to deal with and explained to him the situation. He was very willing and got me a replacement sent out. I was impressed by Nick's commitment to going the extra mile and representing the company and standing by its products! Strongly recommend the product just for its customer service alone! The one thing I wish iSpring would do is add a TDS meter like the CR unit but wasn't a deal breaker for me as I am able to add my own personalization to it and add a dual setup instead. Pricing is usually always competitive compared to its competition. Highly recommend one if you're a car hobbyist! Johnny

I think it’s a poor design.. there should be open and close valves on both ends of this product at this price.. product is going to be back washing into the second filter all the time.. also this stand is 17 inches WIDE not counting the handle! It’s a terribly lazy design.. the handle should also be removable, instead it’s WELDED ON?! Common give us a bit more ability to even consider one day installing it on a wall or something… I don’t have much room in my garage and this thing stands out and isn’t sleek at all.. Please offer an option to wall mount it??
