These are good paddock boots for the money. They are made of synthetic material (not leather), so the jury is still out on the long-term durability factor. The zipper is sturdy and they are comfortable to walk and ride in but I do pair them with half chaps when I ride. It’s very dusty where I ride and these clean up easily with a damp cloth. I’ve always had good service from Ovation products and I’m sure these will prove to be worth the money over time. If you are looking for a decent paddock boot, but don’t want to jump out there and spend big bucks, give these a try.
