Abs or pbt keycap in us? discrepancy in the title and description

The Azoth is equipped with PBT double shot keycaps.

I've had this a week or two and I'm getting faint static/distortion sound from the keyboard while plugged in- anyone else?

I did not have this issue. But worse, The keyboard fn key is not working, and number 6 on the numpad is also not working unless I disattach it and attach it again then it"ll spam it for eternity. If anyone have a solution please help

Is the frame aluminum or plastic?

Plastic with an aluminum sheet on the face.

Do I NEED to have the software to use this keyboard out of the box?

No. The keyboard works fine out of the box and can connect either wired or wirelessly via USB dongle or bluetooth. There are even some preset lighting options you can choose from that don't require installing any additional software. Their PC software offers more customization options, and will be needed if you want to customize the OLED screen, program macro's, etc...
