Finding a snack that actually tastes great and fits into a healthier lifestyle can be tough, but this one absolutely delivers. The spicy kick is just right, flavorful without being overpowering, and the cheese crisps add the perfect crunchy, savory balance. What I love most is that it doesn’t feel like a “diet” snack. With 10g of protein, only 1g of sugar, and a solid amount of fiber, it keeps me full and satisfied without any guilt. It’s perfect for on-the-go snacking, road trips, or even just something to munch on while gaming or reading. Bonus points for being keto-friendly and gluten-free!! Being diabetic, it's nice to have something that fits multiple dietary needs without sacrificing taste. The texture is crunchy and fresh, and the seasoning is seriously addictive. If you’re looking for a high-protein snack that actually tastes amazing, this is 100% worth trying. I’ll definitely be buying more! I would say that if it was bigger then it would definitely be worth the value for your money would be worth it but either way I'll still be buying these for now as they fit into my lifestyle.

Great tasting, high protein, low carb snack. Ideal for an afternoon snack to tide you over until dinner. The spicy ones can build up the spice on you, so I like to mix the spicy with the regular to balance it out.

Pricy for all the varieties I’ve tried. The sweeter ones are more enjoyable to me. The spicy are pretty spicy, but cashews cut the heat pretty well, the cheesy one is weird, traditional is bland but tasteful in a ‘meh’ way. I’ve tried the blueberry, cinnamon and ordered the honey cashew so haven’t tried it. What attracted me is it’s high protein, lower sugar and sodium content. As far as I know, a diabetic created it so is supposed to be healthier than other snack mixes.

My dad and my man LOVE these! Gluten free I think so it doesn’t bloat you or cause GI issues for my celiac and intolerant friends. Lots of flavors too!!

I am always on the lookout for high fiber/protein snacks to carry me through a long day at the office. Even just 10 years ago there simply weren't a lot of options that were mostly fat/sugar laden. Now there are tons - made from lentils, chickpeas, whey, etc. I was an early adopter of Catalina Crunch cinnamon toast cereals 6-7 years ago and was please to see them (finally) migrate to snacks. This mixture has a lot of familiar "cereal squares" minus the cinnamon. In that regard it was a little disappointing from a tactile standpoint but the rest of the mixture is nice. The cheddar flavor is strong but not overpowering or annoying. You will need to have a moist paper towel nearby to regularly wipe your finger tips Lol. The ingredients are relatively "clean" too. There are no artificial sugars and only 1g of real sugar/serving (1/3 cup). The saturated fat is a tad high at 2.5g/serving but only for a health snack. My only (minor) concern is for the emulsifiers (Xantham and Guar gums). There is emerging science about they're detriment. All in all, I will be a repeat consumer... in moderation :)

I’ve been snacking on these for over 5 years as my go to TV snack. They changed the recipe a few years ago and it’s not quite as good but still delicious. However just this week they changed the recipe again and mentioned it on the bag. The chickpeas are terrible and flavorless. I feel like it’s just filler versus the older recipe. But at the same price. Sadly won’t be ordering any more as just some standard salted cashews taste better.

I don't think I would buy it again. It's okay.I don't like the texture the aftertaste, but if you're looking for a quick protein snack and a bit of crunch, it's acceptable

I can’t find any other crunch mix that packs the right flavor, spice and combo. It might be a little pricey but I’m willing to spend that much for the taste and quality. More than anything, it is keto friendly.

Just love this stuff! They need to make bigger bags of it as I would purchase the giant economy size in a minute. It’s salty not sweet but the pecans and cashews are just a joy to bite into. Kudos to the company

These hit that bits n bites/munchie mix craving, and they're just spicy enough for a good kick. If you eat more than one 1/3 cup serving, it might be a bit much, but I really enjoyed them. I want to try the cheese one next. My only issues, other than the price, is that the pretzels are very hard and the cashews are very soft, so if you have a texture aversion, or don't like being surprised by your food this might not be for you. I surprising love the nuts in with it, but the pretzels are a bit too hard, especially right after a cashew. Almonds might be better, crubch-wise. That being said, there's very few pretzels in there and they tend to settle to the top so it's easy to eat them all seperate. I also thought I wouldn't like how tiny the pieces are, but they're perfect. I saw a few comments about how the advertised pictures don't match the macros in the ingredients, but the bag I got was as advertised, with 10g protein/serving. I would order these more if they weren't so expensive for 4 small servings (35g/serving, 148g in a bag).

Arrived quickly and does not dissappoint! Tastes like Bits and Bites.

I love these, by far my favorite flavor out of all of them. Only problem I have is the cost all the others are 10.99 and these are 12.49. Wish these cost the same as the other ones.
