I sent this for my daughters birthday. She owns recoltebotanical.com, and loved this book. It is a thorough guide of edible flowers, their uses, flavors, and how they retain their color in baking. It has some great recipes too!

I saw this featured on a video on Instagram and bought it straight away. We were looking to decorate our wedding cake with flowers, and this was exactly the book to tell us what to do. It's beautifully illustrated and very simple inside, I can't recommend it enough.
