Durable reliable earned my trust
Been using smaller screen one last 3+ years never been working slowly or gave me any problems bought 17inch screen with more ram power and memory, giving away this smaller one to my family friend, loved this laptop since my 1st purchase its worth 5 stars only

Thunderbolt 4 C/ USB 3.x A ports/channels are problematic.
* Thunderbolt 4 is supposed to support charging and 40Gbps datatransfer.. - This port/channel on this LG GRAM DOES NOT!* USB 3.2,2 is supposed to support 10 Gbps data transfer andpower devices such as disk that "expect so".. - This port/channel on this LG GRAM DOES NOT!* We have an LG UHC TV and have been very happy with it.This notebook computer is a whole other story!

Waste of money
Battery defective out of the box - stayed at 0% despite leaving it plugged in overnight. Windows 11 error upon factory resetting the machine and now unable to start up at all.

Excellent machine with a couple of comments
After watching pricing on this computer for a couple of months, and reading lots of reviews, I finally bit the bullet and purchased it (at Costco, on sale, same price, with touchscreen). My needs are generally simple, when I travel I need to be able to run my business. For the most part, very happy and impressed. The typing is comfortable, the screen is very good, sound is loud enough for youtube videos, and at 3 lb for 17" laptop it is easy to carry. I do not notice the (oft complained of) flex in the keyboard deck.My complaints may or may not be relevant to anyone, but should be mentioned because they were not elsewhere described:1) The labeling of the keys is slightly non-standard with the primary key function top-left and the secondary (shift or Fn) top-right. While not a problem for the alphabetic keys, character only keys like -/_ (hyphen/underscore) are not obvious as different on first glance. Picky, but relevant.2) There is no indicator light for NumLock. This is bothersome given the dedicated number pad.3) PgUp/Home and PgDn/End are awkwardly located and accessed through Fn-key rather than Shift-key.4) The 2T memory on my device (although purchased elsewhere) is internally two 1TB SSD cards. There may be a reason for this, but I prefer to have one large disk since I don't have easy divisions such as large volume Music/video files vs business data.5) The two USB-C ports are on the left and the two USB 3.1 ports are on the right. I am sure there is an engineering reason for this, but for my work flow, one each on either side would have been preferable. I suppose I should have thought about it, but it was a hands-on kind of assessment.Since my complaints are relatively minor (except for the non-disclosed double hard drive which sort of ticks me off and may or may not be relevant to this particular item), and the machine is excellent, I only knocked of one star.If none of my issues are relevant to you, It is a 5-star machine unless you need serious graphics or large data number crunching which would require a good graphics co-processor).

Cheap Laptop at a premium price
Feels cheap being all plastic, monitor wobbles on the slightest move and battery life Is the worst I've ever seen, maybe 3 hourson a good day being 2-3 months old.

Easy to move my old info over to this laptop. Very happy with the speed, screen, keys, quality, and capacity
