Processing speed is amazing! I installed a 3 gig Linux distro in 4 minutes. Boot times have been fast too.

Great Product
SO Far the build is going great , I put the maximum amount of ram this board can handle 128GB so when it is finished it will run very good. I also put a 4TB SSD in this system. I am going to put 8GB video card in it and a liquid cooler in it.

Watch out for the wrong ram being recommended.
Was getting ready to buy this combo and needed some ram to go with. The buy together option has ddr4 ram listed. Amazon needs to update and fix this kind of stuff, or some unsuspecting person is going to end up with ram that does not fit. However, I have no doubt I will be happy with this combo once it arrives. Upgrading from a really old Intel build.

Workhorse.
I gave this a 4/5 on gaming and stability. The gaming due to the 2 ccd design and the stability because I had some issue related to a windows update (which only affected AMD products). Though that was eventually resolved so it shouldn't be a problem now. CPU is in my work machine so gaming isn't really a thing. For what I use it for this is the perfect workhorse.

From 2950x to 7950x!
Great CPU! Yes, you can run it stable with 6000MHz DDR5 with LC30. This CPU is paired with Asus x670e hero. Just enable AI over clock and EXPO II. I was shocked that how well it does under heavy rendering workload. An hour of 3D rendering @ 5.2GHz! Amazing! The best I could get with 2950x was 3.8GHz under heavy render. Does it game? I don't know, does Lisa Su wear glasses?
