My sister sent me a bottle of this, BUBBLE brand “WIPE OUT” Makeup Remover, last spring and I absolutely loved it. I use one pump on a dampened cotton ball on each eye. This is gentle on the delicate skin around my eyes and throughly removes all of my eye makeup without leaving an oily-feeling film afterward. Bye, Bye, Avon (my go-to for probably the last 40? years). HELLO, Bubble!!! Bubble Wipe Out Makeup Remover leaves my face feeling cleaner and softer. This is a good cleansing melting balm, it getts all my makeup off and it is super gentle on you're skin. This melting balm also has no scent that can effect you're skin. It also has a reasonable price.

My all time favorite makeup remover. Literally the best makeup remover. I use it on my eyes mostly to get mascara & eyeliner off, it doesn’t make my eyes blurry at all. It’s gentle. Moisturizing and gets the makeup off quick, I’m actually almost out of my second bottle now. Highly recommend .
