Do these binoculars have a diopter? I don't see it anywhere in the photos.

Yes they do. The diopter is on the opposite end of the focuser, under the bridge which holds the ocular tubes. It is easy to access and adjust and stays in position.

are the 7x21s waterproof?

Yes. When they’re dirty I blow dust off the glass and flush the lenses under running water to wash away any grit that may be there. These a amazing binoculars. I have multiple Swarovski binos, including the NL Pure, plus their spotting scope system. These are my favorite binos because they are so unobtrusive and easy to carry everywhere and they provide stunning clarity and brightness, just like all Swarovski optics.
