This is the missing nutrient for me
This was the missing ingredient from my sleep stack. Sleep quality has improved with much better latency and efficiency. Now if I could find the magical nutrient to minimize my tossing and turning. I'm currently taking 1 capsule an hour and a half before bedtime. Slight bit of grogginess in the morning but quickly passes. Very small capsule with no funky smell.
