Spellbinders Basic Lattice Die, Gold

Very disappointed. Hopeless to get a clean cut. It comes with a leaflet telling you how difficult it is going to be as it gives lots of hints about getting yet another type of plate, adding in a shim, turning the die round 45 or 90 degrees, using it close to edge where rollers are tightest, putting through more than once etc. I have resorted to a paper shim with an additional square of very thin card cut and placed under area that never cuts through. This making the rollers struggle beyond a point I am happy with. Considering I am using the latest Grand Calibur, 3 months old and little used, following sandwich instructions, using with quick release waxed paper and with care, I think that this is totally unsatisfactory Hz

Very good cut ...but a nightmare to get all the bits out! That's die cutting for you! Very effective for cards.
