I fit this system in every place I live, Its the simplest to fit and materials are of great quality for the price! The swan neck tap is sturdy and very easy to turn on and off with the lever, which is smooth of function. The flow is very good considering the small gauge of pipe used, and tea and coffee taste great with the cleaned water, Great piece of kit. I also fitted a water2buy water softner, as i found them to be one of the most competitive suppliers out there. Cannot fault them over my 4/5 experiences using their equipment. As always the kit arrived neatly packaged and containing everything required for a quick install. Overall I highly recommend the Water2Buy drinking water filter kit and their great after sales customer service.

I’ve been meaning to get a simple water filter system for some time, but as usual, it gets pushed down the list of priorities. Our water is virtually undrinkable normally as we a quite close the the water treatment plant and when they dose the water supply our village is the first to suffer, for years we have been buying bottled water for making tea as it was undrinkable. The installation took around an hour (15 minutes of which was looking for the right size spanner to do the self piercing valve). Initially I had a problem with no flow for the tap, but found the plastic line from the filter to the tap was kinked behind the sink, a quick reroute of the pipe and all was good. I ran a few pints through the tap before trying it, just to make sure any debris from the manufacturing process was flushed through and then did a simple comparison test, normal water supply, yep, still smells of chlorine and tastes bleachy, then from the filtered tap just plain old tap water, no chlorine smell, no bleachy taste. Tested on my family and all were impressed at the difference. Wrote a change date on the filter (I’m allowing myself 4 months on the filter as we’re a family of three) and think that should give us about the right expiry date. Brilliant bit of kit, works a treat and will cut down our bottled water usage considerably. I’m actually thinking of getting a longer pipe kit to run my aquarium as it will make water changes a lot easier than carting 50-60 litres of water from the kitchen to my tank every couple of weeks.

As nearly all the other feedback says, this is an excellent product and great value. The tap itself is very well finished in satin chrome with a silky soft on/off action. Although I did not use the saddle valve provided, the installation is very simple for anyone with a little plumbing experience, although I would not suggest it for a complete novice. The filter is very effective in removing unwanted tastes in the local water, which in my case were very pronounced. I had previously used the rather cumbersome jug type of filter, so obviously this is a no brainer. I don't know what trace elements the supplied filter removes, but it certainly works just as well as the jug filter, leaving the water pure tasting.

We mainly bought it for the tap, our >20 year old one installed with our water softener was broken. This one looks sturdy and I prefer the more positive mechanism than the old plastic lift one. The filter now replaces our separate jug filter (both just simple carbon filters) so is easier to use; that was a bonus. Flow is slowish but adequate, pretty much the same as our old tap. I needed to buy an extra 1/4 to 3/8 adaptor to fit our old supply; I was expecting that and all easy to fit. Luckily I didn't need the bit for connecting to a main copper pipe; I'm always a bit dubious about that kind of connector (as others have commented).

Excellent product and it arrived very quickly by return it seemed! Very easy to fit for the average FY idiot like me! Good firm to buy from. They even phoned me up to find out if all was OK. This call give me the impetus to actually fit the thing under my sink - it does work very well. Tea tastes like tea using the new water supply by Water2buy! Thank you guys! ps. The water at our new house tasted so badly of chlorine that we used bottled water to make tea or coffee. After fitting one of these filters the water is great! For the price it's really good value and easy to fit (although the instructions which come with it are a little vague...just use common sense, and anyone who can do simple D.I.Y can fit one quickly). I would advice buying one of the plastic shut off valves at the same time as it would make changing the filter a lot easier and quicker...I wish I had as I have tried several hardware and plumbing suppliers and they don't have the size require. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants cleaner, better tasting water!

I bought the softener back in Aug this year & 4 months on I'm really chuffed. I waited until now so I could leave a proper and accurate review. It arrived well packaged with everything we asked for to fit it including the tap, filters & hose) which incidentally took about an 1 hr.. The online instructions/video were a piece of cake and easy to follow (even for a basic enthusiast doing DIY) I can honestly say I don't know why A) I worried this would be difficult to fit and B) It wouldn't work in our hard water area..... I can say it was a really simple to fit and not only that our water that was previously so so hard is now just perfect. I use less of everything shampoo, washing liquid etc and I no longer put salt in the Dish Washer either, talk about win win ! Thanks Water2buy as you have also transformed my barnet in 4 months lol, its now a lot lot softer & more manageable to boot !

Me ha gustado la facilidad de instalacion, asi como el video didactico que se ofrece en la store del fabricante, el sabordel agua es neutro, buena relacion calidad precio, producto y marca muy recomendable.

Buen grifo de calidad, pequeño para combinar con el del fregadero, de fácil instalación. Me vino con dos filtros, sus piezas de instalación completas y de regalo dos botellas para llevar para senderismo o similar, también de muy buena calidad, y de un material sin contaminantes para preservar la salud. Me he quedado muy satisfecha, lo recomiendo. En la propia web del vendedor tiene los recambios de filtros y demás.

l'ho acquistato da poco tempo e devo dire che toglie il sapore del cloro e migliora non poco il sapore dell'acqua ad un costo molto basso io che vivo in una villa singola e l'acquedotto arriva direttamante per me è l'ideale chi invece vive in condominio dovrebbe acquistare il modello ad osmosi inversa, questo è un metodo ottimo per risparmiare denaro e tanta plastica e poi l'acqua dell'acquedotto è gia buonissima cosi invece l'acqua in bottiglia di qualsiasi marca o tipo se in contenitore in plastica dalla fonte fino al cliente finale durante il trasporto cambia radicalmente i principi chimici specialmente in estate sotto al sole perche la plastica rilascia in acqua sostanze nocive....molto meglio il vetro
